It started out really well. Jonny came gave quote after we explained what we wanted. Unfortunately took far longer than 1 week to install, due to some unforeseen circumstances and some missed communications . Electricians very good and on schedule and explained the system, which is working fine. Josh did extra work in fixing/service of existing thermal panel, well done.
The canopy end still has not been finished satisfactorily. (this was reported several times, missing fascia. Looks rough from neighbours side, not good advert for company) With storms etc more roof damage. Feel a bit fed up with it dragging on, as they keep promising to get back. When we can properly sign off I can update this review. So it's like 3/4of job done.

GES installed solar panels and an air source heating system in our bungalow. The team were extremely knowledgeable, turned up on time, worked for the whole day and treated our property with respect. Most importantly, they worked in conjunction with us to design a system that would meet our individual needs. We would definitely recommend GES.

I asked for our two underfloor heating manifolds to be replaced. Job took a bit longer than expected but Josh talked us through all the problems. And that man worked hard! He contorted himself into the downstairs manifold cupboard and, apart from the occasional swear word (quite reasonable given the confined working space), he kept going all day. I pleaded with him to have a lunch break but he only needed lots of sugary tea. Although the job was tricky, no corners were cut and I appreciated the quality of the work. Come back soon, Josh!

In enlisted GES for some plumbing work in my house following issues I was having with one of my bathroom taps. They were easy to organise a time that was convenient for me and were very knowledgeable and proficient at their job.

The work carried out was done to a very high standard for an extremely fair price.

I would recommend GES to anyone wanting any plumbing work in their house and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I have any future problems.

GES are a great company with very experienced tradesmen, any job pretty much undertaken. Went through them a couple of years back for a full house renovation which included full rewire, full new heating system, change of waste pipe position and a lot more. Couldn’t beat the price at all and highly recommend. Great aftercare if any problems and did not hesitate to come back to have a look and resolve anything

Had an air source heat pump fitted at home and have now had it for 4 years. Before during and most importantly after sales care have all been fantastic. Would recommended to everyone

GES installed our Electric Vehicle Charger last week. All the work was completed in one day as they said it would be. Dave set up the EV to work in conjunction with our solar panels and batteries. I'm very happy with the work done. The price was very competitive with the other companies that we looked at too. Jonny's pre-sales knowledge was far greater than any of the other companies were on his initial visit. I would definitely recommend GES based on my experience with them

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Professional from start to finish. Came straight out to see job and gave me a written (reasonably priced) quotation straight away. Turned up exactly when they said they would. Friendly, polite but efficient workmen who knew exactly what to do. Left job neat and tidy having done exactly what was needed. Would thoroughly recommend from my experience.

Had our heat source pump installed by GES recently alongside underfloor heating for the whole of our downstairs after recent renovations. Fabulous service from start to finish. Had a few teething problems but we’re dealt with swiftly. Would highly recommend

I had my Mitsubishi heat pump installed in 2019. Since installation I have contacted GES on occasions when I needed to ask a question regarding changing setting etc and they have been available to assist.
I rang them today to arrange my annual service and spoke to Rob who arranged for an engineer to attend at 3.30 pm. The engineer Josh arrived promptly and completed the service including a glycol change. He was very pleasant and professional and is a credit to GES.

I've been considering solar for some time now and having looked around and collecting multiple quotes I decided to go with this company. Initially when looking as there wasn't many reviews, I was expecting the larger companies to come out on top, but I must say hands down from the initial contact with GES Mechanical they where excellent. The whole process was explained in great detail especially in the quotation which I received. Would highly recommend this company. Work started on date proposed and completed in timescale given. Workmen courteous and always tidied up best they could at the end of each day.
Had system installed approximately 1 year ago, never had any problems.
They set up phone app for me to control system, and it’s very easy to use. They were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had.I Would definitely use them again, and not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This was the first service on my Samsung heat pump which I only had as I thought I had an issue with a noisy circulating pump. The price quoted was £175 so I was expecting an indepth examination of the system.In reality I got a light clean of the fan unit and test of antifreeze level in the circulating water and a few checks on the control unit. No parts required and 40 minutes spent of which 6 minutes was on the phone. The certificate they e mailed had no data on it ,had my name as the Engineer and no company logo anywhere. I could of done the examination myself and signed it off

As an RTM Company responsible for managing 38 residntial apartments we are constrained by Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which requires 30 day periods between proposing a scheme to install 42 solar panels; obtaining tenders and approving the contractor.
GES Mechanical accepted the situation and were most supportive throughout. When the procedure completed they immediately delivered the components and commenced installation which was completed within six working days.
The residents have remarked on the competency, courtesy and care shown by the workmen involved. One said, "It was a pleasure to have them on the premises"
