Customers before Profit
This company is one that looks after its customers first and foremost to the extent that I can't believe their committment to the customer. I bought a Gastroback bread maker on 10th January 25 fom this company. Last month the bucket for the bread maker broke. I tried to ask the Gastroback for help but it was no good. UK Juicers then asked for me: even worse. Gastroback said it was my fault. I have been baking for a long time. I am now 74 so the breadmaker is a big help. No thanks to Gastroback who treated me unfairly but a huge thanks to UK Juicers who reimbursed me for the bread maker. It is so wonderful to see a company that puts their customers above their own commercial interest. I would give them double the stars if I could. Thank you UK Juicers

Great company selling at competitive…
Great company selling at competitive prices. Unfortunately due to a mixup in packing my order was delivered to someone else and their order sent to me but cancelled before delivery. This was promptly communicated to me but did result in a delayed delivery beyond when I was needing for a birthday gift. But these things happen and the quality, packaging, price and communication was good and I would buy again from them.
