I’m sure the product is fine, the only issue was the delivery, initially they said it would be delivered on the Thursday between 12 and 2:30, at 3:30 I get a phone call saying that they could not deliver and would the next day be ok, to which I agreed, they stated again a delivery between 12 and 2:30 at 3 and no delivery I rang them and they said it would now be 5! At 6 it was delivered after waiting in for two days!

These woollets Briquettes I can't say as this will be the first time using these if is what's on info correct these should be no difference heat may be the same... wight is the same just different shape
