First time order
Ordered for the first time and overall it was a good experience. They kept me informed when part of my order had to go on back order. If I have to complain, and I prefer to think of it as constructive criticism, it would be that it would have been better to have been informed before I ordered that they did not have enough stock to send at once - but I guess that's more to do with their inventory tracking system. The goods arrived quicker than I had anticipated and back order, again - in good time. I would definitely order again.

Sometimes a little patience goes a long way
The product was easy enough to find and order, with a simple to follow process.
There was a delay with the delivery which required chasing but my enquiry was quickly responded to with an apology and explanation, followed by confirmation this issue would be dealt with as quickly as possible.
These this happen, and sometimes there are not enough hands or time to contact everyone to advise.
Delivery was received shortly after this.
