UTTER CLOWNS, NEVER USE!!!!

Where do I start??

My dog could give better customer service!

Delivery cancelled but rebooked then turned up to collect the pallet a day late without any warning, 2 days later I was called and told they couldn't delivery it!

The item was returned to me and cost me £36 for the privilege.

The most horrible experience ever

The most horrible experience ever. They delivered the item 2 weeks later than expected, their only option was for me to drive 2 hours to get my package after a very 'nice' lady started laughing after I asked if they do late afternoon delivery even though it was specified on the order. Great customer service... They left the pallet on the driveway, it got knocked down by the wind and scratched my car. Called them to complain and said they can not do anything about it. I don't recommend using them. As for me, if I ever have to order anything and is should be delivered by them again, I would probably pay more and get it delivered by somebody else. Worst service ever. Even 1 is too much for what they offered.

AWFUL company PLEASE DO NOT USE

AWFUL company PLEASE DO NOT USE. Miss delivered our goods which were returning back to a supplier. Tried to call them to find out what had happened - phone just rings out. 2 MONTHS later I get through to someone and they tell me I needed to have reported it within 7 days and they have had a phone issue....Not interested in refunding me or even covering the cost of the goods lost. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS.

Appalling

Appalling. I appreciate there can be problems with deliveries, but at least you try to put things right. I managed to get through to one person on the phone, who was only interested in me emailing my problem. This started the alarm bells.

After 3 unanswered emails, and numerous phone calls, met with a message saying they are too busy, which then cuts you off, I have little hope of getting my pallet.

I wish I had found this review site before using this unprofessional two bit company. I hope you do too !

TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, NEVER USE THESE GUYS. FIRST OF ALL THEY DONT RUN ANY HAULAGE THEMSELVES, JUST FARM IT OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY (pallex in this instance) SO THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, YOUR ON YOUR OWN. THEY HAVE LOST £1400 WORTH OF GOODS. WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. BEEN MISSING FOR 6 WEEKS NOW AND HAVE NEVER GIVEN ME AN UPDATE HELPED CHASE UP THE HAULIER WHO LOST MY PALLET OF GOODS. USELESS!!!! I'VE BEEN LEFT TO MYSELF CHASE IT THROUGH WITH PALLEX WHO ARE EQUALLY POOR AT RESOLVING THIS. TOTALLY FED UP WITH BOTH COMPANIES AND FROM SOMEONE WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL BUYER IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, ITS RARE I COME ACROSS SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Agreed a date for delivery, charged me for the pre-10am delivery then decided their "partner" wouldn't deliver it for that time. No one informed me of this until 10am the next day (day of delivery) when i checked if the delivery had been made. spend 10 / 15 minutes trying to get through to them each time i am chasing up the delivery / finding out what is going on, no one calls you back or keeps you up to date with changes or information.

Second day the pre 10am is attempted and at 10:05 i am calling them to find out where the delivery is as its not turned up spend another 15 minutes trying to get through to them only to be told its "definitely" going to be there before 10am?......

All this was being undertaken while i'm being told its "no ones fault" despite me having an email confirmation from them regarding the first delivery saying it was due to be delivered pre 10am. I have a phone call from their partner (Pall-ex) explaining why it wouldnt be there, then when i contact them im told that they wont do anything to assist in getting the pallet to site. Back to Uk Pallet Delivery and another 10/15 minutes calling to get someone to pick up only to be fed more blatant lies and crap and still haven't received my pallet......

Wouldn't use them again and would advise anyone who has any idea of what customer service should be and / or wants their pallets delivered at a specific time to avoid these like the plague. Pall-ex being the other company who were incredibly poor customer.
