I would give them 0 stars
I would give them 0 stars. Their activities are really "controversial", not far from extortion. I can't share my full experience due to policy, but I don't understand how such company can still exist in 2026. They usually opperate around NHS hospitals and make huge profits from NHS patients, usually elderly, working people, parents of newborns etc. What benefits and additional value this company brings to the society and NHS patients? Who stands behind them, so they can still operate their "business" and harm even vulnerable people?
What wimps
What wimps. I've sent 180 emails. No reply. They know they are thrives scumbags and haven't got any backbone to reply. I hope they rot. I would never pay up to these assholes. The fact they are scared proves they are not a real company. They hide behind the B P A who themselves are a dodgy set up. No phone numbers, just an email that's broken
shit 3min 32s and get finded £60
Totally and completely incompetent…
Totally and completely incompetent business. I received a parking charge notification in the post. There is a photo of a car on the charge. I went to the website to check the claim. The photo shown there is of a grey Alfa Romero, with registration number WV11 WDP. My car is a blue Toyota Yaris, M11 WDP. Also, I’ve never been to Burnley, where the parking violation occurred. In fact I’ve not been out of Edinburgh the whole time I’ve owned the car. I have to assume this business hire stupid people incapable of reading.
As a taxi driver I picked a disabled…
As a taxi driver I picked a disabled customer up from Hospital and took her home which happened to be in a car park run by these criminals. I had been there around 20 mins by the time I got her to her door and these phukers sent me a ticket which I contested also sent them a screenshot of the jobs with pickup/drop-off times to which they said OK we'll reduce it to £20 and if you take it further then no reduction, you pay £100. Although I had a strong case to go foreward I couldn't be bothered with the hassle so went online to pay and hey, there's also a £1.50 admin charge so £21.50. This company needs to be investigated. Robbing people.

Unethical and illegal
Scam company
Scam company. Fined for waiting for a lorry to move that was blocking my company entrance…. And wouldn’t publish my negative review on their website.
UKPC are sharks ..
UKPC are sharks ... their employee watched me park and even gave me a cheery 'Good Morning' as he walked towards my car to slap a ticket on me for parking on (not over) the white line. If his job was to enforce the parking regs, he could have just asked me to move across. But clearly their role is to maximise revenue.
Oh well ... I am having the last laugh - he had a body camera on so I have submitted a Data Subject Access Request to get that video. That will cost them more than £60 to find that!
Thieves and liars
Thieves and liars. Far worse than a common criminal this company issues fake tickets and there is almost no way to successfully challenge them. I could say more about what happened but this would be a repeat of the hundreds of other reviews. I am not entirely sure why a company found to have systematically lied in the past would continue to be allowed to operate.
Madness
I'm supposed to validate my car when I go to my gym outside certain hours, I didn't know this so rightly got fined £100 reduced to £60 if paid within a certain time. I appealed saying I was a genuine customer, first time, they "didn't" get my evidence so I put in another with the same evidence. They then said based on the evidence (of me being a genuine customer and attending the gym at said time) I'd have to pay £20 because the fine was still "issued correctly". Sorry, what? If it's issued correctly then why shouldn't I pay the reduced cost of £60? Could it be £20 because as a "genuine customer" I shouldn't be liable to any fine? I've now been referred to debt collectors, well, see you court! It may sound really stupid but I'd rather pay £500 because a judge says so than £170 because UKPC says so. COURT it is
UKPC issued an outrageous £100 charge…
UKPC issued an outrageous £100 charge at The Food Warehouse retail park, despite me being a genuine customer. They completely ignored my disabilities . The appeal process was dismissive, inflexible, and blatantly unfair — the service is appalling!!
Absolute sham of a company
Absolute sham of a company. Got a parking ticket for parking my large van with a digger on the back in a wide open car park slightly over the white line. Got a letter then a day later another letter saying it had increased to £100. I had absolutely no time whatsoever to pay the £60 fine which is still outrageous enough let alone paying £100. I appealed immediately saying I had no time to pay the reduced amount. Around a month later I received a letter from a debt collector saying the fine had now increased to £170 having never received a response to my original appeal! I managed to get in contact with the debt collector who insisted it could only be settled by paying £170 or it would keep incraeasing. I told them I have never received a response and they said I had which I can assure you I NEVER had. Lo and behold you can’t get in contact with anybody at UKPC to even speak to them and offer to pay the £100 reluctantly. An absolute CON of a company, may aswell be burgling your house and this joke of a country continues to allow this to happen. Complete and utter joke, and a laugh in the face of the average working man in our so called great country we live, work and pay taxes in. Honestly don’t know why we bother.
Cranks.
Got a parking charge. Appealed it as booked and paid for in advance. Asked got evidence. Sent them confirmation of payment and receipt from JustPark and my bank. Got a letter saying the charge was correctly issued! Absolute joke. Beyond ridiculous. Should be outlawed.
What a bunch of Ar$eholes
What a bunch of Ar$eholes. I was delivering some equipment to St. Marys and St.John Youth Fellowship for the staging of their Pantomime. I was parked outside the church hall for 5mins 03secs. WHile we unloaded the equipment. Then I left, got a parking ticket which I appealed. They refused and said the appeal was unsuccessful.
Disgusting ghost company
These are supposed to manage parking in my premises; they don't. I have only seen a warden three times in three years; the guy was on Tik Tok. Neighbours and visitors park in other people's spaces - including mine - and there are no consequences.
F..u.c..k them and I really hope they go bankrupt.
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT PAY…

Disgusting company
Disgusting company, breach the so called contract, used my data without my explicit consent.. going against article 6 1 A but when confronted the couldn’t find the time to reply .. scum.
I received a £100 fine for parking my car over a white line designating spaces.
I received a £100 fine for parking my car over the white line of a parking space in the Gallagher Retail Park at Longwell Green. My front wheel was turned out because in front of my space was a pole with a metal bar around it which meant I could not straighten my vehicle. I was just visiting Boots to get a prescription for my husband on a very wet cold and windy day beginning of January. This amount for a pensioner or anyone else for that matter is EXTORTIONATE!!!! I want to appeal but taking into consideration the amount of appeals that have proven futile I do not hold up any hope. Would it not be more human and helpful to employ the same person giving out tickets to offer assistance to elderly, disabled people or Mothers with children but of course this would not produce an enormous amount of fines!!! This is not a criminal offence or a police matter just a private company with a licence to extortionate money out of customers. DISGRACEFUL!!!!
IMMORAL PARKING ENFORCEMENT COMPANY!
I got a surprise Penalty Notice through the post for parking, totally unknowingly I would emphasise, outside a parking bay. It looked like a parking bay and I honestly thought it was a designated parking bay but it turns out it was NOT - why would I park there otherwise? easpecially when the car park was empty. I simply needed 5 minutes to pop into 'Wickes DIY' to buy and pick up 6 heavy bags of topsoil from a typical out of town shopping shopping site in Eastbourne so being an OAP I naturally parked near their Store exit.
It is disgusting that there is NO way of contacting UKPC to discuss this/'appeal' the ticket as their so-called Customer Helpline numbe has just an automated message whilst appealing it by post just delays the inevitable rejection so adds to the cost of the fine. Even more disgusting is that my Notice was dated 23rd January and I did NOT receive it until 31st, a Saturday - 8 days!!! - SO I only had 6 days to revisit the store (not local) to check if the Notice was NOT a scam-scam and to check if I had parked 'illegally' and then pay the whopping £60 fine.
NO EMPATHY FROM UKPC FOR A GENUINE ERROR, THEY HIDE BEHIND ANONYMITY AND ARE JUST A NASTY PARKING ENFORCEMENT COMPANY WITH NO MORALS WHO PREY ON THE HAPLESS MOTORIST.
I WON'T BE VISITING ADMIRAL RETAIL PARK, EASTBOURNE AGAIN - THEIR LOSS!!!
Unfair and Intimidating Parking Charge…
Unfair and Intimidating Parking Charge Issued to a Disabled Customer
I received an unfair Parking Charge Notice from UKPC at Crown Point Shopping Park (PCN 3066560141121) while I was simply collecting a pre‑ordered item from Argos. I am a disabled driver and was displaying my Blue Badge, yet UKPC still issued a ticket claiming I was “not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space”. Their own photos show absolutely no breach of any markings, no obstruction, and no improper parking at all.
It is extremely concerning that Crown Point Shopping Park allows UKPC to intimidate genuine customers, including disabled visitors, who are using the retail park exactly as intended. This kind of behaviour creates a hostile environment and discourages people from returning.
UKPC has a widely reported history of issuing flawed or unreliable Parking Charge Notices, including previous sanctions for evidence irregularities. Based on that history, you would expect their evidence to be clear and accurate. In this case, it is not even close.
No customer should be treated this way, and certainly not a disabled shopper making a legitimate visit. This experience has left me questioning why retailers and site management continue to allow UKPC to operate in this manner.
