In February this year I order from Real Swell Trading which is UKPetSupplies under a different name Chudleys Hypoallergenic Dog Food at a cost if £28.99. They delivered Chudleys Original which costs about £12 less. Unfortunately we opened the bag and then discovered the mistake. They admit it is their mistake. I know we should have checked and because we didn’t we didn’t ask for an exchange. They only offered us about £3 as a “gesture of goodwill”. That doesn’t work they still owe me the difference between the price paid and the price of the goods. So I pay for their mistake. Don’t deal with them. Be warned.

This is a storry of my personal testimony ...I am a UKpetSUPPLIES customer for about a year. I have never had any kind of problems in trade, Just the oposite!!!
But in the last order I made a mistake!!! When I making the transferrence in netbanco, I placed a value much higher than that which should be transferred. A high value!!! For shure this amount guarantee to you a good vacations!!!
Right after explaining what happened. UKpetSUPPLIES transferred to my acount all the money in just two days !!!

This company was the cheapest for the parrot food I ordered. The website is very nicely set out and they are most courteous. Unfortunately I ordered from them when they were changing locations and my order was considerably delayed. This would not stop me from doing business with them again. Order now arrived, all fine.

Our Syrian hamster Snowball really loves the Boredom Breaker natural herb 'n' hide. It was good for her teeth and of course she loved crawling through just for the fun of it. I've ordered 2 more which should last her a couple of months. I also got a trixie deluxe suspension bridge. Snowball chewed through the rope in less than a day and really didn't see the point of it. She felt the same about the small wooden house I got. She chews it most of the time and pushes it around (she actuallly smashed the plastic bit of her hutch with it) but was never keen on sleeping in it. In my view, these items would be better for smaller, younger and calmer hamsters.

Always been pleased with service provided and speed of delivery , on one occasion had problem with order and this was rectified with in 24 hrs. Definitely give a thumbs up

I ordered the Item on the 18th of February it wasn't dispatched until the 29th I got an e mail saying it had been sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post and it arrived by Courier

My pet rabbit loves Natural Fenugreek Crunchies which I only seem to be able to get online. UK Pet Supplies were by far the cheapest I could see for my order of ten packets with very cheap delivery charges too.

Shopped around to get best value on price and UK PetSupplies came up trumps. Feeding garden birds is getting so expensive but it's well worth it if you can find a good shopping deal. Well done UK Pet Supplies, keep up your competitive pricing!

Trixie scratch post - had it a week now and my cat hasn't destroyed it yet so very pleased with it

I emailed late one night with a query about the 8" TX wheel - got an email reply within the first hour of the next working day. Got a similarly helpful response when I phoned to ask about colours available, and how to specify preferences when ordering. Placed my order. It was dispatched within hours. Really impressed and pleased with the service, will definitely be using UKPetSupplies again.
