My experience is yet to come as I haven’t started just yet but I am really looking forward to starting film school as it is really important to me.

They really done well by me

I had an excellent experience with platinum services. They were always there when I needed. Id like to personally thank Omar from platinum services as he went the extra mile to help support and advise me when needed. I would recommend them to anyone. First class service from friendly staff who genuinely care. I can't thank them enough.

Jack from platinum education had really helped me through this process as i had been anxious about not having a course this year but he helped me a lot with great communication and support.

I would love to give this service 5 stars because of the result but I cannot ignore that this was an experience I would most definitely never go through again because of MUSTAPHA. The way he handled my case was absolutely terrible. You can see his face on their profile when you search it up. I have screenshots that will show you exactly how my interaction with MUSTAPHA went. you need to stay away from this man he basically told me at the end of our journey “what can we do to get you into university… I was under the impression that was his job AFTER I SENT MY PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION TO HIM THROUGH WHATSAPP. Very strange interactions, frustrating reply times condescending comments. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANUM AND MUSTAPHA THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY ARE DODGY.

Now as for the Good part of the review ive given two stars for two people at this place. NICOLETA and JAY when I had enough of MUSTAPHA I called the company to change the person I was dealing with because I didn’t want anything to do with MUSTAPHA . To my luck… MUSTAPHA picked up the phone. I hung up and called back hoping to talk to someone different. Unfortunately he picked up again. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager or a higher up because the person I was dealing with was not helpful at all and did not have my best interest. He told me he was in fact the manager and I simply told him ok I want to speak to anyone but you but MUSTAPHA could not handle this he then put me on hold for a few minutes I hung up called back he found a gentlemen called JAY after telling me we would need to all speak together because he did not trust a word I would say… I am going to call this fear because he knew what he was doing. Let’s not even get into to the CV AND PERSONAL STATEMENT BECAUSE HE SAID I WORKED AT SPORTS DIRECT AND BETFRED WHEN I TOLD HIM I AM A BARTENDER. Straight up lied on me CV. Why? I have no clue. But luckily JAY AND NICOLETA were amazing Jay assured me he would do his best he did Nicoleta was very understanding and I also have a text of her also wondering why MUSTAPHA LIED ON MY CV THAT NEEDED TO BE SENT TO A UNIVERSITY “. Nicoleta was amazing. I got into university she helped me prepare for my interview and I got an unconditional offer thanks her and Jay. I can understand why 2 stars is harsh but as you can tell I was really unhappy when Mustapha and Anum were dealing with my application i am very glad I never have to see them and I am glad I didn’t get into university because of them. Please if you are going to use this service avoid MUSTAPHA he is a fraud.

Nicoleta and Yuliia have been an on-going support throughout my application and enrolment process. They were professional and friendly and always on hand. I'm so grateful for there guidance.

There were technically issues with my device, anyone would have given up on me.
But Mo and Sarah worked surgically and clinically to address it, ensuring I get another chance to join. Mo and Sarah were patient by practicing patience itself. I am indeed grateful for what they did for me. Thanks isn't enough.

My experience with Platinum Services is that they helped with me into getting University and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Platinum Service Education has been fenomenal. I had fabulous experience with Platinum Service Education. Mustapha was excellent service very kind, explain very clearly. Mustapha incentived me to apply for the course I m going to do. If wasn't him I think I wouldn't go to the University. He helped to find the correct course advising and helped me in every step of the process. All the staffs are amazing but a want to say a especial thanks to Mustapha for believing in me. Made me feel confident. I can't wait to achieve my course.

With the help from Nouran & Sarah it really helped me with everything I didn’t understand so with out her I would have been screwed but very understanding and patient with me.
