Terrible customer service - AVOID

My company have used UK Printing Company a number of times over the years. It seems that they went bust recently and have started up under the same name with the same people, website and phone number. I wasn't aware of this until I placed a couple of orders and paid immediately. The first order was a struggle to get them to process. I had to keep phoning and the people who answered the phone always sounded very down in dumps and like it was all too much hassle. They wouldn't respond to emails so had to keep calling them to try and cojole them into doing some work and processing an order. Anyway the first order never turned up and I ended up having to pay another company to produce it. The second order I wanted to ask them to cancel it but even though I rung lots of times they didn't answer the phone. I emailed several times and they never responded. I even tried contacting the owner Adam Robinson on Linkedin but he didn't respond. Had to get it redone by another company, and then annoyingly they did end up delivering the second order. Terrible customer service and I suspect the new version of their company won't last long if they carry on operating like this. If you are looking for a trade supplier give this company a swerve - they will cause you a whole load of hassle and money.

Terrible customer service

If I can leave 0 stars that would be more accurate. I cannot express the terrible customer service this company provides. Complete ignorance of my emails and attempts for communication. No telephone number to call, just sending some messages that you never receive a response to. I placed and order for the small amount of £7.44 and I have been charged for this immediately after placing the order. A few days passed, the status changed to 'in production' I sent a message asking when it will be sent in the post no response, so I decided to cancel it. I sent another message saying that I want to cancel the order and to ask for refund. The order was not sent to me so apparently must be cancelled, but the status of the order stull says in production and no refund was issued. It's been nearly 2 months now, 3 more messages and still no response or refund. It's incomprehensible how they could just take my money, cancel the order, but never refund my money. This is terrible. And complete ignorance of my messages! It's such a shame as they have good products, but if this is the customer service they provide who cares about the products!

A table runner by any other name.

In my first email to this company I stated I needed a table runner printed with my information, could they deliver. I was assured they could. After several emails and looking at the product and logo sent to me via emails, what looked as if it was the end of a printed table runner turned out to be a large three feet by six feet banner. The email attachments sent to me were misleading. I expected a table runner printed on one end, so it could drape across a display table. Throughout the email and telephone conversations the item I ordered was referred to as a table runner. What arrived (after an abortive attempt to deliver the first time, customs refused the package?) is an item I cannot use and for which I paid a hefty sum. No effort to correct the problem just an offer to send an price estimate for - guess what - a table runner. What faith do I have that a table runner would materialize even if I paid for another attempt. How valid are the reviews on the company web site? Does anyone care any more about righting a wrong or accepting the blame for mistakes. I have all emails sent between myself and this company.
