Lack of Decency
The moral side of the customer service leaves much to be desired:
We agreed the volume of the work and its price. After all deadlines expired and I had to remind of myself, I was asked to pay more because there happened to be more words in the work they did. I disagreed as we had agreed the price, however I had to pay the asked surcharge as they took their time, while I was running out mine. After a while I was asked to pay the surcharge again for the same reason. When I refused to do so, I received only half of my order completed.
