We got our home flight cancelled 10…
We got our home flight cancelled 10 days before arrival to the hotel and couldn't get an other home flight. Therefor we cancelled our 4 day trip to Kiev. The airline company just gave us our money back, but this hotel refused to do that. Booking was through Hotel.com and they also tried to get money back with no luck.
It is now even not recommend to travel to Ukraine from the Danish Foreign ministry. So this should also be a good reason to refund our money.
We will plan an other trip next year, but not on this hotel.

Just BAD!!
With reservation for the New Year Banquete, and even paid in advance. Still even when made the reservation for the seats, we had to explane our sittings to the personell, who ignored our tickets. The program that was promised was not according to the scheduled program, and in RUSSIAN and NOT in Ukrainian. Only good thing to tell, was a few things from kitchen. Party was a disgrace and mostly for children in kindergarten. We will not spend a New Year evening here again. Still, Happy New Year!!
