Absolutely fantastic company, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

From the very first meeting through to the finished product, they were consistently professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

The final product looks great and exceeded our expectations.

I can’t recommend UKsmart build any higher- they’re absolutely top quality. When we kicked off our process, our tender was tricky, with prices coming in too high. Thankfully I was passed Mehmet’s details, we chatted, tweaked the tender to something more functional and then they kicked off quickly. We were doing an 2 floor back and side extension, with the bones of a loft conversion also, so a big job! Our timelines were tight with a baby on the way, and they sent reinforcements to move quicker. Their build team was exceptional, with john helping our every decision. Shan then came in to manage everything else, and it was great. They worked to deadlines, with all our external suppliers complimenting the quality of the build. They have been incredibly helpful and polite throughout.
We’ll hopefully be doing more work in the future, and I won’t hesitate to go straight to UKSB.

The UKSmartBuild team are nothing short of exceptional! Usually one does not equate speed with quality. However, in this case the team was ultra-efficient, professional and came out with a superb outcome. We are so pleased with our loft conversion and would highly recommend the team. Couldn't fault anything :-)

I was very happy with our experience with Uksmartbuild after having been recommended by 3 people I knew. Their price was very reasonable and the end product of our loft is excellent. They completed the work in reasonable time and were very easy to deal with. I highly recommend.

We used uk smart build for a-full home renovation, including an extension and loft conversion, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From day one, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly organised. They guided us through every stage of the process with clear communication and honest advice, which made what could have been a stressful project feel completely manageable.

The quality of their workmanship is exceptional — every detail was finished to the highest standard, and the transformation of our home is amazing. The extension has completely changed the way we use our space, and the loft conversion feels like it’s always been part of the house.

The team at UK Smartbuild did an amazing job for us on a rear extension and full internal renovation. From the moment they came to view the property, they had a great attitude. It needed a huge amount of work but nothing was a problem for them and we are so happy with the results.

We could not be happier with the results. This is the 2nd project we have done with Saner, Mehmet and team and they just get better.

We had a double storey side extension, a large back extension plus an entire renovation in Muswell Hill. I can honestly say that Saner and his team were probably the most efficient, professional and more importantly caring builders in London. There was never a point at which Saner was not contactable, even whilst he was on holiday. Our house is exactly how I imagined it.

They said the project would take 6 months and we moved back home 6 months to the day. The team have returned without question to deal with minor snagging issues, and I have full faith that should there be any further issues, they will return.

The only very very minor point I would mention is that I wish they had dealt with my suppliers directly (items that I wished to choose and supply) - was a little bit stressful as I had to organise meetings and be around.

Overall, they were BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT! Thank you for building the house of our dreams!

I had UK Smart Build do a rear extension and was very pleased with their work. They were professional and very polite to deal with. The price was also very reasonable. They worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and our project manager, Saner, was very easy to deal with and always contactable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do an extension.

I had a few companies in to quote on a loft extension and chose UKSmartbuild because the price was competitive and the feeling of honesty with the first contact. The job was completed in good time with one or two problems, but I judge a company with how they deal with those problems. In my experience they solved all the problems and left me happy enough to recommend them to a friend who has chosen them to do there loft conversion. I have also had them back to do more work which they have just completed. I can be quite fussy and I am sure I got on there nerves a bit but I am very pleased with the end product. I would also like to say that I genuinely believe that if I have any problems with there work in the future, they would return and sort it out.

UKSmart Build are hard working, always on time and reliable which can not be overstated as I’ve have many unreliable workman in the house before which can be an ordeal!
I’ve had UKSmart Build in to do my extension and they did a great, professional job so there was no doubt I was going to get them in again to do my loft conversion.
True to form they were hardworking, professional, on time and reliable. Their work is of good standard and they will always want to do the best job they can. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I am fussy by nature so wanted things done to my exacting standards which they always worked towards.
Overall a great company and bunch of people to have in your house.

The company delivered our loft ahead of schedule and to the specifications set out in the plans. The various teams of specialists that the company employs to complete the work were polite and hard working. The stairs were put in earlier than expected [step 4 rather than step 8] - but this wasn't too disruptive and probably helped the company to get the job finished quicker. We are happy with the work and would recommend the company to others.

UK Smart Build renovated my entire house and added a rear and side single storey extension. They were absolutely fantastic I am extremely happy with the result. They stuck to the time frame we agreed and were very helpful with ideas. Very hard working and I have recommended them to some of my friends who are looking to do similar projects. We will be having our loft done at some point in the future and will certainly be using UK Smart Build again.

Uk Smartbuild did my extension in January and have done a wonderful job.
They are very quick but at the same time their work is done to a high standard. It feels like I have purchased a new home and will be definitely getting them back to do my loft conversion.

The owners and workman are very respectful and the way they work on your home you would think they were doing their own house up.

I'm currently having my loft done by this company and overall I would recommend them. There very quick and professional. They do attempt to keep the place clean and tidy but I am a little sad that the plasters made a mess of the house and the new stair case. I'm left with a bit of work clean and sanding. Although my comments may seem negative I am generally very please with the work. Amazing quality for such a low price. Would I have them over again, most definitely YES. Nice to see a company that practices what it preaches and for that I'll play my part in spreading good words about them. Thank you UkSmartBuild .

PS. I would like to apologies to UkSmartBuild as I jumped the gun on the mess of the plasterers. The job is not over and I never gave them a fare chance to clean things up before writing this review. Since my last review the loft is in its final days before completing. Its taken and empresive three weeks of work to do two bedroom and bathroom loft conversion. Truly amazing when considering they have to manage different teams at different stages of the build. If anyone is considering this company for a loft conversion I'm happy to show you my place in Southgate.
