Disappointed
Disappointed as item arrived damaged - No time to send back as for birthday present so have had to try and hide the damage (a corner has bent and broken). Not good.

Not great quality but does the job
The instructions are rubbish! Diagram numbering for each corner did not match the actual diagram! Got there eventually. Good size and shape. But about as well made as all other, much cheaper versions. Coating on leg supports comes off very easily. Wouldn't say it was worth the money paid.

I'm very happy with my purchase
I'm very happy with my purchase, the only issue I found is that the balls get stuck in two pockets at the end where you retrieve the balls. Otherwise very good.

Faulty Treadmill
Just to say that we have now been contacted by the Company so hopefully will be able to resolve.
Relevant parts have now been sent out to us. The service we had once we were able to get in touch with them was OK so have changed the rating.
We ordered a treadmill in January 2021 which was duly delivered but was damaged. We sent an email to the Company but received no response. As we thought we were unlikely to get any response and the damage was cosmetic we retained the treadmill only to find that it stopped working at the beginning of June 2021.

We have contacted UK Sports Imports but have not received any response whatsoever. As we purchased by Credit Card we had to refer the matter to the Credit Card Company

Only reason I have given two stars is…
Only reason I have given two stars is the fact that I received both sets of Dumbells. However the weight bench on the other hand was sent out with the wrong hardware pack. Customer Service are shocking, several emails later, someone responded expecting me to take pictures and send. I'm a busy man and don't have time for this. Here's an idea, why not send the correct hardware pack with the correct bench.
