Superb trampoline! Great quality. Kept us up to date with dispatch and delivery was two days earlier than expected. One happy wee girl.
The instructions were a little confusing, but we got there in the end.

Prompt delivery have not examined item yet as not the weather for a paddle yet, but box appears intact and got correct size delivered, unlike that I received from a different supplier Thanks

Faulty treadmill was delivered. We have sent 6 emails and had one response. They have been ignoring our request for a refund, we have been stuck with the broken treadmill in its box since it was delivered over 2 weeks ago. There is no customer service, the only method that you can contact them is via email, the office is closed to phone them which is a nightmare.

UPDATE - We had an email 6 days ago to say that a refund and collection will be arranged, yet still nothing to confirm when they are picking the treadmill up or when our funds (£450!!!) will be returned to us!! We have had to email them a further 2 times and still no reply!

First got the gym there was a part broken waited months for a replacement then whilst using the gym.the upper gable completely snapped almost taking my eye out it's been almost a week now and still not heard any thing back from the only way of contacting them is email 🤔 this item was over £400 customer service is shocking for a big business if I've not heard back soon I will be going to trading standards

Update... I finally got a reply a week later saying the slow reply was because I'd emailed more than once since responding to their questions yet again waiting for a reply and yes I'm a legitimate customer Your Order #071026232

The packages were delivered quickly and intact. The instructions were a little difficult to follow in places, so common sense helps!I have built trampolines before so I knew the general process. Can be built by 1 person but will take longer. Happy with end result and my children love it.

I brought this trampoline for my sons birthday it was meant to arrive today 9/04/2021 but came 2 days early which is great, I haven't put it up yet as it's not his birthday till next week and it's going to be a surprise, but happy with delivery!

Very poor communication, item not shipped on time

I bought the exercise bike which when it arrived had useless instructions. Right from the start the sensors on the handle bars never worked. I contacted the customer support who didn’t have a clue. Essentially there were 3 cables but only 2 places to plug it in. I sent detailed pictures of the issue but they still had no clue. Now after a while of going back and fore they won’t refund the bike or even replacing it. They would only send out some new handlebars and a new computer. Well they said they would send them out but that was 10 days ago and still nothing. The bike it self isn’t that bad but I’m 6ft and my partner is 5’7” and the riding position it nigh on useless where you are forced so far forward it’s a nightmare. The seat is awful. There is a reason this is cheap. It’s because the service and product is rubbish. Do not buy from this company!

I live in the highlands of Scotland and couldn’t believe how quickly I received the squat rack I ordered. This was already a recommendation from a friend amd did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and will be using there service again.

Bought a spin bike which arrived in less than a week. I was extremely nervous after reading reviews on here so wanted to take the time to post my own experience. At £230 the bike is of course not as good as spin bikes I have used in the gym but for the money its great and it certainly does the job. Would recommend

Bought a trampoline in March, part of the frame was faulty so couldn’t build the trampoline. Waited three weeks for a replacement part. Finally built the trampoline only to find the safety pads do not fit and even worse, the bounce mat is the wrong size. The springs are actually loose. Still can’t use the trampoline and had no response from the company. Total waste of money

Treadmill motor started burning 2 months after bought replacement motor sent not possible to fit unless engineer.
Have requested full refund

2 weeks after reply still no further on lol

Bought pool table that was delivered on 12th of March for a birthday gift. Table arrived missing pocket inserts which makes it unplayable. Guess what, yes it is now first week of April & still no inserts. Emails been sent & most replied to with the most ridiculous replies. First one was had trouble locating parts, thought ok give them that but if now found will be here next day delivery. Few days pass nothing, next email sorry for the inconvenience but we have been very busy and your now it the parts qeue. That was over 10 days ago & was told be with you start of week. Still nothing & now not replying to emails. USELESS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Update - The reply below is utter nonsense from this company. They don't answer your emails. I spent £840 on a pool table that was delivered on 12th March missing the pocket inserts. It is now 28 days since delivery & all you get if you do receive a reply is I'll contact our spares department. If anyone is reading this take my advice & DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

FURTHER UPDATE - It's now 13th April still no inserts & they do not answer emails.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
