I purchased a replacement meerschaum lined pipe bowl for a falcon pipe. It was a very good price and beautiful bowl it's called ribbed meerschaum apple. My hubby loves it. It was well packaged and arrived on time. The company kept me well informed about my order. I will Definitely buy from them again. Thanks Marian.

I placed an order yesterday over the phone with friendly staff was treated with kind and courteous manner and received next day without any problems called the shop to thanks them.Will order again.

Ordered late on a Sunday evening, dispatched on Monday, arrived Tuesday. Everything I paid for was there, and the items appear top quality. The pipes are genuine items, and the tobacco is fresh and delicious!

My order was successfully delivered as promised, although these cigars I thought were the same size as hamlet miniature but are a wee bit smaller , smaller still with the filter !!

My mistake when ordering;
Great price, great product ,superb customer service.
When I accidentally ordered two tobacco pouches instead of one at around 11 at night I emailed customer service and they resolved my error to my total satisfaction in less than 24 hours.

Simply fascistic all round! I ordered for the first time Tuesday morning, my 4 pipe tobaccoes arrived suitably packaged and safe first thing Wednesday morning.
Simply the best service and communication I've had I shall most definitely be using UK tobacco again. Thank you.

I've been let down by other pipe tobacco suppliers - I'm not even sure some of the rubbish I've been sent was pipe tobacco! - but this lot are great.

The tracking didn't work very well on my first order, which was a Royal Mail problem and I've been woefully let down before, but they checked it out for me and got back really quickly.

Really good quality tobacco, arrives efficiently and they are quick to respond to queries.

I won't be buying from anyone else. Top notch products and service.

How quickly a company can go wrong. Previous experience was excellent yet now rude, inefficient and apparently working from a different dictionary. Won’t even respond to emails. Not even a hint at a delivery schedule. Took full payment including 24 hour delivery cost, it’s been 5 days.

Have used these for years, the service is absolutely spot on. Very good choice for cigar and pipe tobacco, and very keen prices. Delivery charges are very reasonable too compared to other sites. Usually get orders next day, though its down to postal service if first class gets to you next day or day after.
