Very slow dispatch and wrong order
Order 3 batches of product. One was out of stock despite taking payment and showing as in stock. Of the remaining two items one was a completely wrong item. 9 days after the order was placed I received these. I now had to pay for labels to be printed to return the incorrect goods. Time and money used by me to fix their mistakes.
As per reply. I was told the replacement items would be here on Monday or Tuesday. The couriers site states they have not received this item yet. (Wednesday) And to further clarify. A batch of three different items were ordered. One one was correct!

• There was one order placed, not three separate orders
• 2 out of 3 items were delivered initially, with the remaining item sent and delivered correctly shortly after
• For the incorrect item, we provided a free returns label — we do not charge customers for returns where the error is on our side
• We also offered the option of a partial refund if you preferred to keep the item
We always aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly, and in this case, all available resolutions were provided.

I first want to point out this is not a fake review. I know that many companies pay people for five star reviews to sell more products.
Now to my opinion of Vape World.
I highly recommend Vape World for great communication with their customers. Delivery is promptly especially when using DHL. I would gladly pay the extra postage to DHL for delivery to my local store/ post office. Ihave to say I'm not at all satisfied with deliveries from Royal Mail as they take much longer to deliver.
If you chose Royal Mail to deliver, be sure you have a few products to last you while you wait. Other than that, I will continue to shop with Vape World as I am happy with the prices of all products and the professional friendly customer services.
