My card was charged after cancelling my membership. I emailed through their contact form twice but received no replies. There is also no telephone number.
I cancelled as many of the offers for members were out of date (mainly discounts on hosting packages with LCN that LCN stopped offering quite a while ago) so looks like the site is no longer being maintained properly.
Was quite good about a year ago but seems things have changed with the sites developments.
I would still like a refund to my card for the payment that was taken after everything was cancelled but I doubt I will get this as there is nobody I can call and nobody replied to 2 contact form submissions.
