ULEZPayservice have nothing to do with…
ULEZPayservice have nothing to do with TfLondon. They are a scam company that pretend to offer a payment service for ULEZ fees. They charge the ULEZ fee PLUS a £5 extra for sending your money onward. My experience, and others who have posted here, is that don't pass the money on anyway, they keep it and you get a penalty notice for unpaid fee from TfL. I explained to TFL that I had paid a scam company and after much time and effort they let me off the penalties. I also contacted my Card Company AMEX and raised a dispute. It has taken months but finally got the £52 I paid ULEXPayservice back. ULEZPayservice claimed I entered the incorrect registration number and that was why they didn't forward the money. Bull....t. They claimed I entered the wrong dates. Bull...t. If you blow up the unreadable small print it actually says they are not responsible if you enter the reg or dates wrongly - that is their justification for keeping the money. They responded to Amex saying they refunded me - so Amex at first thought I'd had the money refunded directly - another method to drag the dispute on. Only after persuading Amex that I hadn't had a refund to my bank or any other method would they uphold my dispute. It has taken nearly 5 months. Best advice: Once you realise you've been scammed ie when you get the penalty notice don't be surprised that TfL say they don't know anything about the recipient numbers you have, it's not them. Raise an appeal over the penalty and send a letter plus the receipts - point out it's a scam company. Complain to ULEZPayservice - but don't expect a reply (keep copies). Raise a dispute with your credit card to get the payment back and once you do, ask the credit card company to take the ability off them to accept a credit card. Have patience. Good luck
The British public are being bamboozled
The British publics 2012 Vauxhall Corsa that emits 124.1 g/km of CO2 is Non compliant and subject to a daily ULEZ charge
Sadiq Khans 2023 Range Rover Sport emits nearly double with
230.1 g/km c02 is Compliant.
ULEZ is a scam.

Beware SCAM site
Beware SCAM site. I’ve just been scammed since returning from London and rushing to pay ULEZ charge of £17.50 (TFL charge is £12.50). I tried to stop my card payment but card company says I need to dispute it once it’s no longer pending. I have reported the site to Action Fraud and TFL fraud. Hopefully this site will be removed.

Scam scam scam
My daughter used this when taking her bf to a hospital appointment and got at £90 fine from tfl as they hadn't received payment. She appealed and a letter requesting further evidence of the payment came through whilst she was holiday giving her 14 to respond but 8 days had already passed since the date of the letter. I phoned tfl but they said if they didn't receive further evidence in time she would not be able to proceed with her appeal. This company are a scam.
DO NOT USE
Fake company pretending to pay the ULEZ charge. I contacted TFL and they had no payment made under my vehicle reg. I have repaid the actual charge which is £5 less with TFL than what this company charge and I hope I will not get a fine. Reading from other people’s experiences I am in utter shock that TFL are allowing this to happen and not doing anything to help customers who have genuinely paid the fine to a SCAM company. They should be shutting them down. I have put in a fraud claim with my bank and am awaiting the outcome. As now I’ve paid TWICE for this.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. It does not go to pay the ULEZ charge and then you get fined £90 by TfL. Of course, this also means that TfL also benefits from the scam and has no incentive to stop it operating.
No Payment
According to TfL Operations Manager, in a letter to me, TfL receives no payment from the payment service and legal action is in preparation.
Absolute scam paid on the way down to…
Absolute scam paid on the way down to London, the site they use is the first to pop up on Google they need stopping ASAP. To make matters worse tfl are still charging us £90 penalty even though we gave them evidence of payment. Seems tfl might be in on this scam!!
Complete scam
Complete scam , took my payment and never passed on to tfl so ended up with £90.00 fine. Looks like Google allow them to continue to operate and tfl know of them but don’t want to help , probably because they also make a fortune ,
Who will shut this company down?
Scam company still operating. Jumps up as the first search on mobile phones. Receipts are emailed but they do not pay. They collect huge amounts of money through fraud and TFL make additional revenue through the fines. Everyone is happy. Oh except us! hence they still operate.
I give zero stars
I give zero stars. Scam company. Paid in good faith thinking it was covering the ULEZ charge and not only did we pay £5 a day more than needed they only paid TFL 3 days out of the 5 we paid them so received 2 £90 fines for u paid charges. Challenging it with TFL but from reading these comments they won’t do anything. Absolutely disgusting. The scam companies should be shut down. *only pay TFL Gov site
