Ordered 5 sets of the outdoor crowd control posts with retractable ribbon item # H-11328. Quite expensive at 385.00 each but thought Uline had good products, surely they will stand by them. Didn't get 6 months of service before they started poor performance and breaking apart. Called Uline for replacement parts and the best they could do was a special order for replacement cartridge heads at 124.00 each and a refund of the shipping. very disappointed in the quality, customer service was more responsive after a previous review. These are not durable enough for long term outdoor use, won't standup to wind, rain or snow/cold and locking mechanisms will not stay locked. Internal fasteners are cheap steal and rust easily with moisture, making it difficult to replace a cartridge. Almost 2000.00 purchase turned out to be a bust for our Church.

I worked for another company that added me as a buyer. This company owes uline money. When I tried to order personally I was told I could not unless I paid that companies debt. Very poor management decisions to try and get 3rd parties to pay others debt. Looking around there are much cheaper options all within washington state where we I live. Id encourage others to do some shopping save yourself some money and get treated better. I also filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office on this. My hunch is u line has profited unjustly multiple times not just when they tried on me.

If there was an option for NO stars, I would choose that. I ordered a pair of gloves, $18.00. Shipping was $10.50 via UPS. No other less-expensive option was available; these gloves get delivered via UPS, period.
I need a smaller size; it's hard to get the perfect size when ordering online and certain products fit differently. If I return the gloves and purchase them in person (to avoid another $10.50 shipping cost), Uline charges a $25.00 handling fee if the amount is under $300.00. Any way I slice it, I would still be out-of- pocket to get the right fit, so I'm stuck with what I have.
I will NEVER purchase anything from Uline again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. I feel like a sucker at their expense.

I love the products and prices. But they shiped me a big box of styrofoam peanuts. They are hard to contain and not biodegradable. I thought I had them well contained but the wind blew the box and now I have about a thousand Styrofoam peanuts in my yard mixed in with piles of dried oak leaves so I am unable to get them up!!! So hello Styrofoam forever in my yard and pond!!!

Completely ridiculous. I ordered a product that specifically stated same day mailing and then I get an email from their backorder department that it is out of stock. They offered another product that they could get to me in a few days. After I gave the okay, they backtracked that and said it wouldn't get to me before the original product backorder. I cancelled the product, and they ended up returning 40% of my amount. I reported them to my credit card and instantly recovered the remaining 60%.
Also, trustpilot is a scam. They'll give me two days to respond if the company asks for further clarification.

Horrible experience applying for a job at this company. I have been applying since 3 years and even though I meet the requirements of the position they constantly keep rejecting my application. If i reach out to a recruiter no-one responds. I applied to a job it went straight in the inactive section. I wasn't even checking on their site but job positions from their company keep showing up on other platforms i usse to apply for job because i meet 100% REQUIREMENT FOR THAT POSITION AND THEY STILL KEEP REJECTING ME. I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT AND THEIR COMPANY SHUTS DOWN.

Treat you like slaves. They will expect a 100% of you every day without no excuses and if you don’t, they will approach you every day asking why and will harass you everyday. If you don’t perform a 100% in any position they will fire you after a few months. They even demand mandatory overtime without exemptions. There pay has increased so much because they can’t keep people at work.
Always hiring, but only hire if you know someone. I've gone to waste my time!! HR need a revamped section for sure!!!! Every one is willing to work if you give them a chance! If not you let them go and move on to the next! But not even that!!!
I own an essential oil company and recently purchased 600 roll on bottles from Uline. When I purchased the bottles, the product description at the top of the page specifically said "stainless steel roller ball for fragrances and essential oils".
After selling about 20 of them, I received complaints that the bottles were leaking. I called in to request a refund and was denied because I was unable to send all 600 bottles back. Additionally, they said that the bottles aren't supposed to be leak proof. (?!?!?) Apparently, their website says that these are not air tight or leak proof and I had missed it because I did not specifically click on the tab that said "additional info".
I told the customer service representative that it was concerning that this product listing specifically says it can be used for essential oils if these bottles aren't leak proof or air tight because essential oils should not be exposed to air. I also pointed out that extremely relevant information, like the fact that their bottles leaked, should probably be listed somewhere prominent. They thanked me and reassured me that they would push for the description to be changed, but still refused to refund my order.

I love this company! Where else in Canada can you find service that responds instantly? Just one call, and within seconds all my questions were answered. I’m honestly impressed by how well this company handles both marketing and customer service!

I recently returned Ironclad Tundra gloves that were advertised as suitable for temperatures as low as −23°C, yet at −8°C my fingers were painfully cold, making them completely unfit for their stated purpose. For this reason, I returned the items.
Upon reviewing my refund statement, I noticed that a full refund was not issued. The amount refunded was short by $30.72, despite the return being accepted. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
This is the first time I have dealt with a company that did not issue a full refund for a returned product, especially when the return was clearly justified due to false performance claims. At this point, the situation feels misleading and unfair.

My experience with Uline has always been great. I just bought an industrial garment rack. It’s only 24 inches long and the base is approximately 22 &3/4in. From wheel to wheel. It’s perfect for my small apartment laundry room. No more stubbing my toes when I’m walking barefoot in the laundry room. I ordered it yesterday and it came today! I’m very pleased with the entire experience. I found the garment rack doing an online seating on Google.
Found out the billionaire owners of this company are funding evil. And they spam us with their giant wasteful catalogs. When you try to cancel they just ignore you and keep sending.
They claim to be anti-immigrant and for strong borders. But they got caught bussing Mexican workers all the way to Wisconsin and paying them a fraction of their US staff. Google "guardian uline immigrants" and you'll find the evidence. Just disgusting.
bought a bunch of glass jars with lids. A high percentage broke with normal use. This is undoubtedly due to poor quality.
