Ben and the team at Ultimate BM looked after my E92 330i after it developed a misfire. I mostly spoke with Ben over email which works great for me but also a few phone calls when needed. I don't like taking my car to garages as I like to do what I can myself so I know that the car is being looked after but I never had that worry here. They were quick, efficient, communication was bang on, pricing was absolutely fair given the diagnosis and expertise that Ben and the team provided. Attention to detail was top class too. I literally cannot fault them in any way and I can't thank them enough for the way the whole process went. If you're an enthusiast or need a proper BMW specialist to take a look at your car, do not hesitate. I wondered how a place could have perfect reviews but now I know why.

Just had my car fixed for the 2 nd time the first time I took it to a local garage who charged me 50 pounds and 3 days later it was broken again. When I took it back they told me to buy the parts from e bay and they will fix it. Having lost faith in this local garage I decided to contact UltimateBM who charged me a little more but found the part I needed for me fixed my car to a standard I can only describe as excellent and even fitted new wheel centers for me for free,
They were ultra professional and the young girl who confirms the appointment is efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
