The whole experience of purchasing the hot tub to install was very good

Excellent service from start to finish. There was no pressure sales tactics used, we were left to browse but Jay the sale person was available when we had questions and very knowledgeable. Installation was very well organised and we were asked to send photos of the entrance so they could review before delivery, so no surprises. We had a visit from the installation team the night before to check where it was going. They turned up on time , installed, filled and put the chemicals in for us. They then trained me in how to look after the hot tub and left us with a working one, all we needed to do was wait for it to heat up. As I said Excellent Service from start to finish and would recommend them over other local companies we went to visit.

The team at Ultimate Hot Tubs were great throughout and as accommodating as possible whilst we struggled to complete our garden improvements ready for delivery! We purchased the Esteem which had to be lifted by crane over our house! It’s amazing! Definitely recommend.

Our Riptide Tribute arrived a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with it! From our initial consultation in the showroom to ongoing support the guys at Ultimate Hot Tubs (especially Jay) have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any and all the questions we've had...even the the ridiculous ones!

They were even able to get me out of a sticky (and slightly embarrassing) situation on delivery day when I told them the hot tub would fit down the side of the house, and it didn't :-/ But with no hassle and no fuss, they helped to arrange a crane quick sharp and the guys came back later that day (and assuming after they should have finished) to oversee the crane lift and complete the installation.

The hot tub itself is really high-quality, runs silently when not in use and with being used almost daily has been a great addition to our garden; an infinite improvement on the inflatable one we had before!

I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend these guys!

We ordered our hot tub and it was delivered and installed in the time scale agreed, From the sales manager, the crane driver and the delivery divers , They were all very professional and amiable, got everything working quickly and explained the maintenance process clearly. They left me with everything I need to be able to keep the tub clean and safe until my first service. Steph visited my house on a Saturday to make sure everything was in place for my delivery on a Monday, . Really happy with this company and would recommend.

From initially viewing the different models, to now enjoying our Monarch 6 seater tub, we have been very impressed with all levels of service.
Jay at the Atherstone showroom was brilliant throughout. His communication was excellent and he was very patient when we experienced issues with landscape gardeners.

We are really happy with our hot tub. And we are using it at least once a day. Great design, and absolutely no problems with it whatsoever. Easy to maintain, and so far everything is absolutely faultless.

Jay and the team were excellent. Helpful all the way through the purchase, ensuring it was seamless. Cannot highly recommend them enough.

We carried out our own desktop research into Hot tubs before speaking to Jay and Kim at Ultimate Hot Tubs and their subsequent professional advice endorsed everything that we had learnt. They visited our house, surveyed and endorsed where we wanted to position the Hot Tub and certainly did not pressure us at all into making the purchase. On placing the order they were very professional, kept us advised on all time lines for delivery and provided advice on what sort of external power supply we needed to install. Installation was easy and professional and their after sales service and support has been excellent when we have called or emailed for advice.
These people are clearly time served experts in this field and we have no reservations about recommending them and are pleased so to do.

Really enjoying our new Riptide Esteem hot tub. Like many we had to wait a few months due to various COVID delays but Jay and Kim kept us fully informed throughout, and managed to deliver it just in time for Christmas. They are always happy to answer any questions and give advice via email or phone (even over the Christmas holiday period). Great company, and hot tub - would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a tub or swim spa.

We love our new hot tub after finally receiving it after delays due to Covid but has been well worth the wait. Everyone we have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly and kept us up to date throughout. I would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous experience of buying our hottub and Kim and Jay were great throughout. Fitted brilliantly on the day in a tight space, we are now very much enjoying our family hottub through the winter and covid months. Thanks for everything Jon, Emma, Isla and Elliot.
