Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of sneakers, and according to the tracking information both packages were marked as delivered. However, I never received either of them.

I contacted customer service about this issue, but even after two months the problem is still unresolved, while they are ignoring my emails. I have neither received the sneakers nor a refund for my order.

As a customer, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better service and support when something goes wrong with an order. Unfortunately, my experience has been very negative, and I hope this issue will finally be addressed and resolved.

Perfect Experience and Reliable site

I have made 2 purchases on Ultimate Sneaker Store as I was looking for specific items from a brand I love: Kappy Design.
Both times, the experience was great.
On the first order one of the item was not available and they communicated it to me proactively, processed the refund, prior placing the order.
The packages are always neat and delivered on time.
Happy to order again from them once the new Kappy line will be available.

Poor communication and delayed delivery

I placed an order on this site because the product I wanted was listed as in stock. I decided to pick up a couple of other items as well. After a week with no update, I reached out to check if my order had shipped. They informed me that there were some issues with DPD and that they had re-sent the package, but also mentioned that the item I originally wanted was now out of stock. When I asked if I could cancel the order, I received no response.

While the products themselves are fine, the delivery time and communication left much to be desired.

Didn’t receive my order

I’ve pre-ordered a pair of sneakers, shipping should be from 30.06, but it wasn’t delivered till this time. They don’t answer to my emails!!
Bad service!

As mentioned in our email correspondence there was a delay with Adidas not delivering to us in time. Due to this we could not ship our pre-orders on the date promised even though we were ready for it as we mentioned to you. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I purchased the New Balance 9060 Triple Black and experienced issues with the heels coming apart after less than a week of wear. I initially contacted your support team via email on May 22nd but only received a generic response after two reminders and nearly a week of waiting. Despite sending another email for an update a week ago, I have not received any further communication.

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller based on my experience.

Terrible customer service

I was looking for durable waterproof shoes and I ended up on this website where I ordered a pair of Karhu Fusion XC shoes. Within 3 weeks the stitching inside of the shoe started coming apart. This part of the stitching is connected to a waterproof barrier to keep my foot dry.

I contacted the email address listed on their website. This is the only way to reach this company. I've sent them an email with pictures in it and a clear description of what the issue is on the 11th of February. I had to send 2 other emails before they replied on the 20th of February.

They accused me of wearing the shoes in an incorrect way, which I find very hard to see in a picture where I am not wearing the shoes.

After this email I reached out to them again 3 more times in a timespan of 2 weeks and I have not received a response from them since. I do not appreciated being accused and dismissed.
