I have used this company from around 2009 they have a good range of odd size radiators and delivery time is not that bad usally around 5 days.

I needed a dimensionally small radiator with as high an output as possible. I found the website convenient to navigate, and I identified what seemed to be the best radiator within my constraints pretty quickly. After placing the order online, I was quickly contacted to sort out delivery details. Allvery prompt and efficient.

Received two radiators as, and when, described for a very reasonable price.

Excellent value. A problem at first with the bottom not getting hot but once I balanced the up stairs radiators they were perfect.

Took a couple of weeks or so to receive product, which in this era of web shopping is a little slow. I didn't mind as I was'nt exactly ready to install.
I was however, somewhat irked at receiving notification telling me the day item was to be delivered so 'stay in please' only to ,receive a telephone call late in the afternoon from the local branch advising that it would be delivered the next day. That really isn't good business practice, you can't expect customers to sit around all day and then not deliver.

I have been buying radiators from this company for years now and they are always extremely helpful and reliable. The products they sell are of a very good standard that last well over the 5 years they are usually guaranteed for.

Excellent compact radiators with really good heat output. Used them in a large extended kitchen diner with low window sills; they look great and are unobtrusive.

Shocking customer service, quality of raditors is disgusting after just 2 years in use all paint peeling off and the company in refusing to accept responsibility and replace raditors. Even though they advertise a 5 year garuntee stay well clear
