Product seems to work for our ailments

I really looked far and wide for information on this product before buying, as you don't really want to pay that kind of money for a useless gizmo. The little information I found was mostly positive, but also rather inconclusive. I'm afraid this review is going to be along the same lines.
The positive part: We got this product because my wife had knee keyhole surgery, complete with microperforation on the inside of the kneecap and removal of an osteophyte. This has left her in a far worse state than before the surgery, but a doctor mentioned ultrasound treatment as something that could help the recovery. When she has done the recommended cycling or swimming exercising, she cannot straighten her knee fully, but with 10 to 15 minutes ultralieve treatment she can. It's back crooked the next day, but we guess that it cannot be a bad thing that at least temporarily it can be straightened.
The inconclusive part: I have tense muscles in the neck and back which often leads to headaches. I think using the ultralieve loosens it up, but it is really not to the extent where I am absolutely certain that there is an effect, and it's not just a placebo one. I've just used it to ease a muscular backpain, and I can turn my neck with noticeable more ease, but again, it could just be the power of imagination.
