Payment Hassle at Ultra Technology BD

I went to purchase an OSPC SSD from Ultra Technology BD few months ago. They offered me a POS machine which battery was literally dying. I tried to make the payment as I was out of cash and at middle of transaction, the machine went off. My total money was deducted but they said, they haven't received the payment. Later I had to wait for almost a month to get refund from the bank. This was totally their fault due their careless selling attempt.
