Great customer service!!
I had an issue trying to order a new item so I called the company. I was told since it was new it wasn’t in stock yet. But she contacted another person & made it possible very quickly for me to do a preorder & I was able to complete my order & use my coupon before it expired. She was very helpful & cheerful while doing so. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!!!
