Good Value, Dreadful Devilery Service

Bought a keyboard and some other stuff from them. Good value, but I had a hell of a time getting it all delivered. They seem quite disorganised. Take any 'in stock' claims with a fist-full of salt. You'll get your stuff, but you might need to make a lot of phone calls to chase it down.

If you do order and there's a problem with your order, it's best to call repeatedly till you talk to someone directly. Emails and voice message go unreturned. But they are polite, so there's that.

Overpiced and Misleading - Stay Clear

I purchased Yamaha CLP-330 digital piano from this company. Telephoned to see whether they would price match other websites selling for £70 cheaper and to check whether they definitely had the piano in stock for next day delivery as indicated on the Umberella website. They would not price match but said that they did have the piano in stock. They also suggested that I check whether the other websites actually did have the piano in stock as this was often not the case. On checking I found that the other site didn't actually have the piano in stock so I paid the extra £70 and ordered from Umbrella as I needed next day delivery as the piano was a birthday present for my daughter. Shortly after ordering I recieved an email saying that they didn't have the piano in stock after all. Eventually took 5 days to arrive and so did not get here in time for my daughter's birthday, which was very frustrating to say the least. Despite knowing that they didn't have the piano in stock they never bothered to upate their website and continued to state 'In Stock and available for next day delivery'. I paid £70 more than several other sites for the privelege of waiting 5 days and didn't get the free music lessons offered on the other websites either....overpriced and poor customer service so I would recommend you save yourself some money and shop elsewhere.
