Love love love my new cat doormat

Love love love my new cat doormat, and so do my cats (and guests!).

The mat itself is excellent quality with a high quality print (and I love that it actually works capturing any dirt, it's not just nice to look at - it's useful!).

Arrived in carefully packed packaging. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase as gifts for my friends with pets.

Ordered a dog mat within a week the whole face dissapeared and when i emailed i was told i must of used it outdoors i explained i didnt and was completly ignored. Terrible customer service and bad products especially for that price

Purchased a french bulldog candle as a…

Purchased a french bulldog candle as a Christmas gift. When unboxed on Xmas day, it was found to be broken. Notified them immediately, did not receive a response until the new year and was told it was my problem as apparently their policy is unless you notify within 24hrs of delivery of broken goods, then they aren't interested. In further emails, they then accused me of breaking it myself and even claimed that it is the customer's fault/responsibility if something is broken in transit. It's quite frankly shocking customer service. Don't bother ordering unless you want a broken overpriced candle, as they aren't interested in providing any level of customer service, whether it's Christmas time or not. Sadly, I am having to write this review following unfounded threats of legal action against me via email after reporting the broken goods in the hope of a replacement. These came from the company director himself. Avoid, unless you want a broken candle and threatening customer service emails. Very petty.
