They are total criminals cancel my order before being shipped and still charged me 20% restocking fee. I will fill a small claims on them it will cost them more then 20% and court costs. Not looking to win be get my moneys worth.

Do NOT purchase anything with more than 1 part and then only if you thoroughly check the item out in store BEFORE paying. If there are issues with the product you purchased, such as (like us) missing parts (on multiple replacements until we gave up), you will not get a refund. Uncle Wiener’s will keep your money and make you purchase more of their junk through a store credit. BEWARE!

Bought a bed and had to make 6 trips back to get missing parts, just to find out I’m still missing parts. Can’t even get a refund just store credit for other garbage. Will never buy from them again, worth paying double elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you will get a good deal like me and end up spending 6 months and countless hours, gas and not even end up with a working product.

Bought an item that was used but they said it was new. Took it home and item does not work. Dealing with their claims department and its like I committed some major crime. Beware first of buying there and second forget about taking things back that do not work. They will give you the third degree. On another note received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. Waited over on hour before they could find it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. For big ticket items, they ensure that there is help. Great prices and service!

Sold me a SolidFire 60w 500K led panel light for $89.99 which should have tipped me off to how trash it would be. Got home, installed the light (2 push to connect attachements). Went to test and light didn't work. Take light down and notice parts are loose and not properly soldered together. I immediately uninstalled it as didn't want an electrical issue on my hands. Emailed claims as normal expecting to get store credit and wash my hands of the clearly not working and broken light. Response is "Unfortunately we can't proceed the warranty request without sufficient proof. Please send us the video showing how the item can't work, thank you!" I refuse to install an electrical appliance back into my building that is clearly malfunctioning. Horrid customer service but I guess I should have read the reviews first.

I purchased a bench top sandblaster. Upon assembly I discovered the interior light didn't work. Returned it to store to exchange it. The employee was less than friendly and anoyed with me. I was given another cabinet in exchange. Same result, the light did not work. Filed a claim with claim department to get refunded. Sent pictures as they requested. They said they need to contact the manufacturer to determine if cabinet is defective, which is in China! They are refusing to refund my money. So buyer beware....once they get your money and you are unsatisfied, you will not likely get a refund. I will never purchase from Uncle Weiner ever again. I recommend doing business with another company that has a better return policy.

I just stopped at the Lethbridge location, and was treated like dirt. No help at all. I was looking for a tool box, was told go online and don't waste my time. No wonder there was no one in the parking lot.

I ordered a new gym set up for my kids. It took 3 weeks to arrive when I went to pick up the equipment we were missing the biggest piece. I was told it was in store Saturday ( of which I didn’t get notified until Monday)
However they had accidently been returned to Edmonton. Then they said it would be another week as they won’t be delivering anything to red deer for a week. I requested them to ship the rack independently since it was their error so that the item could be here in an acceptable time frame and was told no. The company needs to take responsibility for employee errors and improve their customer service. Very disappointing considering it was over an hour drive to get there and a day off work. Now I will have to take another day off and another tank of gas with the trailer on to pick this item up when it was their mistake. I miss good customer service. I’ll be paying more in the future to receive better service. Very disappointing experience.

Update on Joyroad tires;
Well, I have had them for one winter now! They are not excessively noisy, don’t slowly leak air, provide reasonably good traction on my truck, and don’t appear to be wearing out abnormally quickly. I am going to leave them on all year round to evaluate them on overall life span. So far, so good! Will definitely consider chinese Joyroad tires again.

I’ve Read every review almost and feel bad about these trusting Uncle Wiener customers,, I purchased a very large dog bed five years ago and it has been wonderful,,flat now but still in decent shape,thank goodness. I kept it spotless though. Time for a new one,,I would Only purchase small items that wouldn’t hopefully break right away from this store. My store is now in Grande Prairie and they don’t even have a phone listing though, which is Not good,they actually just moved into their brand new building. I’ve bought rugs and small items and these things HAVE lasted. Would never purchase any electronic items or anything that has no warranty from Uncle Wieners,,,Yes,buyer beware.

Purchased a sea can, week later arrived in Edmonton to load sea can and found out they didn't have one to sell me. Asked for my money back and have spent weeks now waiting with nothing returned. Money wasted driving to Edmonton, weeks wasted waiting for returned money, complete joke of a business.
Would not trust them with anything.

Don’t waste your money buying anything from Uncle Wieners unless you don’t plan on returning it if there is a problem or issue with the item!!
Their return department is a joke!
