i tried to order a car vac but the advertised discount was only if you order $50 or more. That was not in their add. I backed out without completing the purchase. They have a fake PayPal purchasing method. They proceeded to charge me twice through their fake PayPal site. Disputing through my bank.

Dead company. Although they seem to have massive liquidation sales, their customer service no longer responds to inquiries and you'll be lucky if you receive the merchandise at all. Sent at least half a dozen emails and not a single response.

received all items on time. happy with the quality, prices are good as well.

The best scamer !! They hold items and not even try to talk with customer... and now my items not here so my money too TT dont try to buy to this brand if u want lose your money and time !

I believe they've gone bust and are doing their best to scam people out of money before making it official. I bought a coat in their 85% off Cyber Monday sale - a week or so past and then I got an email from a Gmail address saying my order was cancelled due to me being suspected fraudulent. I emailed their addresses on their website which have all been deactivated, I called their phone number which was deactivated, I emailed the Gmail address and got no response, I filled out the online form and got no response, I DM'd their Instagram page and I even found out who the owner is and tried to connect on LinkedIn - and funnily enough I didn't hear anything. If you've gone under, fine but scamming people before Christmas is wrong. I'll be reporting them to trading standards and hope the owner ANTHONY HERMANN gets his justice.

So I've been following Underatedco on instagram for a couple of years now and have been receiving emails from them for this period of time also. I got an email saying 85% off everything so i'm naturally excited to see what they have on offer. I chose 2 pairs of jeans and checked them out on trustpilot, and the reviews were fairly good. May I mention they are also followed by Rihanna on instagram so I thought they are pretty legit.

I paid £6.95 for royal mail express delivery because I didn't want to wait (Delivery to Central London). Its been 7 days now and I have received nothing. No emails, No texts. I sent 3 emails to 3 different accounts verified by them on their website and all of them bounced back instantly. Even messaged them on instagram to no reply. So i'm just sitting here thinking i've been had.

I wouldn't say *Dont buy from here* however, when a company has no lines of contact after a purchase thats already a huge red flag. Im just lucky I did not pay the full amount and only paid 85% of the price.

Who knows. Maybe they are just taking their sweet time dispatching it and ignoring the express delivery. Who knows. I will give it another week, before contacting the necessary authorities or tracking these guys down myself.

If I receive them this week I shall edit this review and maybe add a star.

I have ordered clothing from underated many times. I love their minimal but unique style. I also love how quickly I received my items even though I live in the U.S. The clothes are also well represented in the website. There was never a disparity between what I ordered and what I received.

Underated is a brand i discovered 2 years ago. They have really good products with nice quality and materials. Customer service is efficient and helpful but a little bit long to answer.

I'm extremely happy buying from this shop online. The clothes are great quality and well fitting and if you sign up you get exclusive discounts. But what I like most is that the brand has developed its own style of clothing which makes it unique and individually different to all its other competitors in the fashion industry. The only negative is items sell out quickly online and I wish they stocked more of those items.

I'm in the states and been shopping @ underrated for 2yrs and more now and anytime I wear their brand anywhere I get complements and some even ask me about where I bought em and funny thing is I always have some of their 15% discount cards when they add to ya orders so I always give people that ask about my cloths the discount lil card to shop from there too and best thing is I recently made a purchase and I was able to use my Amazon account to make the payment ✌🏿️😎🚶🏾

Only bought a the fishtail sherpa, but that's super comfortable and well made, not to mention fairly cheap during the Easter sale. Good stuff!

I visited the Underated flagship store in Camden over the bank holiday weekend in order to get myself looking swaggish for a party i was attending.

I felt like i was given the VIP service at Louis Vutton. The assistant was helpful, polite and provided me with a variety of outfits to select from, whilst my girlfriend sat down in envy.

Best shopping experience ever!!!
