Not the best
I called Underfloor Heating Express with a fairly routine query about an installation. Colleague on the phone was unable to provide any insights at all and clearly had very little knowledge of the product. No-one else was available to speak to. When I went to the Bermondsey warehouse to pick up some kit, I had to wait around for a long time for anyone to appear and serve me. Products are cheaper than many competitors but I would pay more and go somewhere with proper customer service.

Tried to make me pay for FREE delivery!!!
Order included delivery, got a phone call the next day to say delivery £80. I refused and stated I had an invoice with FREE delivery, gave my home address. Another phone call saying £60 delivery, I again stated I wanted FREE delivery. They eventually emailed me that it would be free delivery after all. Not impressed

Changed address and price changed to £60....
Refused to pay as I have an invoice with FREE delivery.
Now got free delivery to my home address rather than the job address. What a pain...
