Good service but disappointing products
Delivery was next day, I returned my items at no cost and received a full refund very quickly so can't complain about the service, but.... The pert/al/pert pipe was very poor quality, kinked far too easily and the inner layer was much thinner than previous pipe I've used (and now replaced this with).
The clip rails are equally disappointing - they are not 1m lengths, they're 2 x 500mm lengths clipped together, they have alternating clip sizes (fine as long as you line them up correctly and your pipe spacing is a multiple of 100mm) and the adhesive is useless, I had to screw them down to the steel sheets I have underneath, other clip rails have stuck down firmly with the adhesive on the back.
Definitely a case of you get what you pay for here I'm afraid. I only ordered the pipe and clip rails so can't comment on any other products but I doubt they're premium quality!
