I just received the Meteor 6 Chelsea boots from Underground, and the boots are nothing short of lovely. As a longtime shopper of Underground, all the products are quality and made with care and attention. Custom orders do and will take a long time to receive, so expect that with custom orders (the website does state this, so don't be surprised if the boots don't arrive in a month). The customer service is great and responsive, and they're just the best. You won't regret buying a pair from this company.

Ordered some shoes from Underground England, arrived extremely quickly, look great and are excellent quality. I also had an quiery dealt with brilliantly by one of their staff- Courtney resolved my my quiery efficiently and professionally. Truly great product and customer service all round.

Hi. After reading so many bad reviews, I would like to share my buying/customer experience which quite frankly was absolutely perfect. I ordered online a pair of creepers which were dispatched the day after my purchase. The whole process from ordering to final delivery of the product was flawless. It took less than 2 weeks for the product to arrive in Greece. Not to mention that my creepers are bloody perfect! Killer style. Would definitely buy again and really hope that all these bad reviews are unfounded. I can't be sure what happens with custom-made products, but from my experience, products that are already in stock are delivered immediately.

I ordered several times my beloved Creeper and never ever had any problems with the deliveries or quality of products! Last week, it took only 3 (!) days from order to delivery, UK to Germany! Pretty impressive! Love the folks at Underground! :-)

Underground has always been exceptional when it comes to customer service. If you e-mail them with any enquiry, you will be contacted by a very kind and helpful person who will be happy to help you in whatever way possible. I have been so impressed by the team’s ability to adapt to this ever changing world, and Underground is constantly thinking of ways to make your experience as a customer more convenient, personal, and memorable. Their shipping method has been quick and reliable in my experience, and it’s truly helpful, especially when online shopping has become even more prevalent in 2020.
As for the products, the shoes, jewelry, and clothing are simply out of this world. You truly get what you pay for, and you can feel it when you wear the items. It’s an investment not just in style, but in true quality. There is also a unique sense of soul to Underground, and I feel it any time I put on a necklace, badge, or slip on my creepers. Every aspect of my experiences with them have always been nothing short of phenomenal, and I am forever grateful to have found such a wonderfully inclusive, yet subversive business.

This is the WORST experience i have ever had with a store. i ordered shoes in december 2018 as a christmas present. they claimed delivery would be fast so i assumes if i ordered early december they would come im time for christmas. well, they certainly did not. we emailed so many times and each time we got the same god forsaken excuse of “they are being manufactured sorry for the delay” - if we got any excuse at all! i received a coupon for £20 as a “sorry” and ordered a shirt which was in stock online but then i was notified like 2 weeks later that there was no shirt that size so now i have to choose a different one - fair enough. delivery late as hell. we continued to ask for a refund for the shoes but they refused or ignored us. eventually we filed the case as fraud and the bank had refunded us after reviewing our emails. the shoes came eventually after they got some rude emails off us and had the refund taken from them - but they came in MAY. i think it’s ridiculous to make someone wait 6 months for shoes that were promised within a week - as well as such a long process of even applying for a refund. horrible customer service.

Despite the delayed delivery, the good quality of the shoes is undeniable. Its classic punk style makes the enduring status in fashion.

I am looking forward to purchasing a Lex shoes after the world postal service is restored.

The staff is very helpful and always gets back to me in a timely fashion when I email customer service with inquiries!

I've been wearing Underground England foot apparel for years now. Being that I live in the U.S. I've purchased there footwear through store outlets in New York and Hollywood. And just recently have become very good friends with the actual retail crew at Underground England and the experience has been nothing but a joy and a pleasure to work with them. Great styles, excellent quality, and diverse colors and fashion. 100 thumbs up from me! Mq

To be honest I'm only giving 1 star because I am unable to give 0. I ordered shoes from these guys back in September 2018 in store as they didn't have my size and I was told it would take 8 weeks for them to come in, I paid £4.95 postage at the time for them to be delivered to my home as well as the £150 for the shoes. Just before the 8 weeks point had come up, I tried getting in touch to find out the whereabouts... I really struggled to actually speak to anyone, the phone lines just rung out over and over again. I emailed in the end, and received an email back telling me that they would be arriving in a few weeks due to a delay in the warehouse. Once that second deadline came up, I contacted them again due to not hearing anything and not having received my shoes and was told the same thing again, with a new deadline of a few more weeks. This went on for months and months, I eventually had a message from someone higher up as well, giving me a specific date this time. He offered me a £50 voucher of "goodwill" which I declined as I didn't see the point in ordering yet more items from a company who couldn't deliver the shoes I had ordered 4 months or so prior. Yet, still nothing arrived. I was told my refund request had been submitted at the end of March 2019 and I would receive it within 7-14 working days. I never received the refund. By this point, my emails were just being ignored and I got so fed up with the whole thing, on the 18th April 2019, I filed a government money claim for breach of contract and left it with them. Underground eventually responded saying they had sent me a refund. Which was a flat out lie. I eventually had to get the money back via my bank as being a fraud and I reported Underground as fraudulent to the Citizens Advice Bureau. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and upsetting as had I just looked online at the many reviews from people who have had a similar experience, I would never have ordered them. Underground still have my money to this day and I never received my shoes. Would never use this company ever again after this experience.

Having read the poor reviews online I took very careful steps and didn't hand over any money before-hand. I spoke to the manager and visited their shop in London. I Then placed an order for two pairs of boots and lo' and behold they had one pair in stock and in my size. I get home to find that the boots had arrived. I open them up and see that the box for a start was in a rather poor state but that was not the worst of it. I looked at the boots and the stitching was so poor that the tongue on one boot was not even attached. It was as though they really did not care. Since they have moved production outside of the UK they really, really are not the same quality of boot. This is rush job work and not in any way shape or form worth the cash, the wait and endless delays that you've all read about and the quality of workmanship is just not there. I have much better handmade boots (Solovair) here and several pairs and I have to say that sadly even machine made boots are of a higher standard than what I received. Also note: they were not made to the same standard as what I saw for myself in their shop in Soho, London.

The sales agent wouldn't not admit fault and kept on trying to wriggle his way out of it but it doesn't matter because before sending them back I took videos and photos that I'll upload to show you all just how poor Underground Boot's output is these days. I posted the boots back and although I opened up a claim through Paypal I still have not as yet received the return postage costs back tot he UK. Look elsewhere and support manufacturers that will make good quality, hand made boots and don't waste your time with this laughable outfit of a 'business'. Never, ever rely on past reputation to secure your future, Underground Boots - people wise up and drop you like a lead balloon. Wasted a good 6 months of my time with this company that involved E-Mails, phone calls and having to visit their shop in London whilst I happened to be in London, and never, ever again will I do this. Buy Solovair if you want quality instead as I did.

Such great service! I ordered a tartan mini skirt for an event, needed to reorder a different size and they got it to me the next day! Great quality clothing and really helpful and lovely throughout :)

I ordered Wulfrun shoes for my daughter in June 2019. I would email periodically to enquire about progress and be put off, albeit very politely. I was told at one point that the shoes were 'in a shipment' due in October. In January 2020 I was told that they were 'under production' because of a delay in the soles.....I could have left it but I seriously doubted at that point that we would ever see those shoes. I asked Underground for a refund which they did not engage with, but once I involved American Express in the process, a refund was provided. This business model is a farce!
