I ordered a wing mirror cap via Ebay, the part arrived extremely quickly and as an after market part, I was really impressed by the quality and a fraction of the price that JLR were quoting.
I did have a query as I initially thought the part didn't fit, Dave at Underground Parts was really swift to reply, displaying great customer service and the part was correct after all.

I would not agree with all the other reviews sadly. The bumper cover came badly damaged and only option was to send it back via a post office. I work full time and It was a pain too get to a post office. Simon was very defensive and they refused another option - even though the bumper was not as described. I was very disappointed with the service & would actually say he was rude.

Although the part I received was not the right one for my car ( my error) underground parts were very helpful and I was pleased both with the speed of delivery and the quick refund. They also tried to help me with the correct part but this was out of stock. Their price was good too!

I ordered a wing mirror cover for my father's vehicle but it didn't fit. I contacted the company by email to explain this and I got a swift response from Dave. Dave was exceptionally helpful and we exchanged a few emails to resolve the issue and for me to return the part back to the company. In every email Dave was helpful and explained the procedure to me. I forgot to put refund on the delivery note that I placed in the box returning the cover to the company. I told Dave this and he told me not to worry and that he would look out for my parcel. Dave confirmed receipt of the item today and explained when the refund would reach my account. I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for vehicle parts. Usually companies struggle the most when things go wrong but this company was amazing. Thank you Dave for all your help.

Some wonderful person decided to wipe out my passenger door mirror :-( despite them being folded in so they must have been very close and at some speed , half of the wing mirror cover left on the road - quick google search and behold cover AND sprayed ford performance blue - takes all the hassle out of a replacement - hopefully I won't have to order another but I'm not crossing my fingers - great response from underground parts

I ordered a grill for my car, it was the wrong one… I got in touch with UNDERGROUND PARTS and they advised me the correct one for my car.
It arrived the next day, fitted perfectly & I’m a very happy customer!!

Customer service is not dead! Top notch comms and friendly, helpful advice. Ordered a Disco Sport wing mirror cover replacement, because I accidentally knocked it off and it broke up when it hit the ground. The replacement arrived in no time and is a perfect fit, great quality and a very reasonable price. Husband is now pacified, I’m no longer in the dog house, and Dave from Underground Parts is fabulous! Everyone is happy now 😃

Great service and a quality product. Had an issue with Royal Mail failing to deliver, seller (Dave) looked into it and provided more assistance than Royal Mail were able to provide. I would have no hesitation is using these guys again and recommend them to anyone.

I wasnt too sure about the quality of the wing mirror due there being so many aftermarket ones available online with varying prices, however went ahead looking at the reviews and it arrived on time and was a perfect match/quality.

I requested early dispatch if possible due to needing it sooner than the expected times online, and this was done and followed up by an email from the team.

Once I received it, there was some confusion from my end (it didnt look like the side that I needed) and Dave was amazing in guiding me through how it should fit.

Cant recommend enough as the customer service and product are amazing!

Ordered a boot liner for my X5, arrived within couple of days, updates were given, perfect fit, good quality and great price. In the past I've had other boot liners (twice the price) this one is as good if not better, I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Underground Parts again and will be recommending them to others 👍
