Bumper Replacement
Bought a replacement front bumper part from these guy, I could not be happier with it and their service, it arrived when they said it would, it was incredibly well packaged to protect it from damage in transit, and I honestly was very impressed with the quality, I’m now considering replacing the other panel so it all matches! And all for a very decent price, honestly couldn’t ask for better. Thanks to UnderGroundParts!

DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!! The prices are cheaper than elsewhere for a reason, I received a damaged broken wing mirror (they didn't even package with bubble wrap or anything) and they agreed to refund once I had posted it back. They're now saying they can't accept it back in the condition??? but this was how I received it... no response from their emails and they don't pick up the phone. Will be going through Paypal/my bank to get my money back.

Absolutely phenomenal service and quality! Ordered a wing mirror cover for Mk7 Fiesta and it was there within 2 days. The colour match to the original is absolutely amazing as well. Will certainly look to use this company again if similar parts are needed in the future. Thank you!

Ordered a part from another supplier…
Ordered a part from another supplier and was let down as they did not send me the part and was lengthy process to get refunded.
Found Underground Parts and wow what a difference, part was sent but unfortunately was damaged, contacted company and replacement was mailed out immediately as well as apology.
First class service would highly recommend and would be first choice if I needed any parts in the future.

After finding this company via google and looking up the product I wanted, I was doubtful as I’d never heard of them before. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the service was.
