There was a heat pump error on display
There was a heat pump error on display. I spoke to Nick who was extremely helpful helping me troubleshoot the issues. He helped me implement an interim hot water solution until a call out was arranged.

Customer service.
When Jack arrived at the door I thought he was young to be Qualified but he proved me wrong .When I moved in 5 years ago no one explained how the system worked and it gave me a lot of headaches but Jack was able to answer any question I asked .I was not long over surgery and he even asked if I needed anything in the shop.He did a great job and I wish him every success for the future .

Service Engineer No Manners
Engineer arrived to service the heat pump and immediately started complaining about his salary and how everyone he was servicing today was doing so well in life and that he was "just a heat pump engineer".
He had a very off putting tone to him and I was just a bit shocked that for 250 euro+ service this is the type of inexperienced person that came out with no basic manners.
