I purchased a case based on the website reviews. I received the case and it serves its function but is of similar poor quality of cases that sell for 9-12 dollars on amazon and the woven material is plastic in texture with a pink hue. The case edges are nonuniform and demonstrate flaws. I wrote customer service without a response as of yet. I also tried to place a review on their site (all 5 star reviews) and it does not allow for one to be entered interestingly enough.

Wish I had checked reviews on this site first. Ordered a while ago and it never showed up. Contacted them and they gave me a bs excuse and said they’d ship again. Then it said it was delivered but I never got anything. Headache after headache with these guys and I wouldn’t recommend to my worst any enemy

The product arrived damaged and when I sent photos and request for refund per their policy, I was told it was my fault it was damaged. I am still trying to get a refund. These are poorly made and poorly cut. I would not recommend them.

Beautiful MacBook cover and phone case BUT I only purchased them because the company advertise themselves as Canadian and say that the products are designed AND made in Canada. Both my MacBook case and the phone case came with stickers saying “Made In China”. I would never have purchased them if I’d known and it feels very misleading and scammy. If shopping Canadian and honesty is important to you do not purchase from Uniqfind.

Be wary if you’re in the U.S.
This company charges a 15% restocking fee on opened items, so you basically can’t try it on your laptop without paying for it. On top of that, returns must be shipped to Canada, which often costs more than the product itself if you’re in the U.S. Not a customer-friendly return policy at all.

I'm obsessed with my Teddy Macbook Case (and everyone else is too)! I've never seen anything like it being sold anywhere else and I get compliments whenever I'm out studying on my computer :) The quality is great and also easy to clean. Just ordered another case from them and I can't wait to switch them around depending on my mood :)

Obsessed with my Uniqfind iPhone case and MacBook skin! I went with the white and gingham options and I love how sleek and minimal they look. Loved the look of the case, but it started cracking and chipping after a week and very limited use. Very disappointed in the overall quality and durability

Love my mac and iphone Uniqfind cases!! I got a clear case for my mac and iPhone and its been super safe, fun to customize, and comfortable to travel with.
I've been using them both and its super chic and comfortable. Would recommend to all my friends!! :)

I ordered a Skin, Case, and Screen Protector for my iPhone 13 Pro. As soon as I put the case and screen protector on my phone I noticed that people could no longer hear me, and my videos were muffled. I found out that the case and screen protector were not for my model of phone and were covering up the microphones. The only way to contact Uniqfind for returns is via email (and they don't reply). I also noticed that you're not actually able to write reviews on their site (but the site is full of reviews??). I now have 2 items that make functions of my phone not work. The only good thing was the skin (which is cute).

Bought a pink case for a new Macbook Pro 16. Waited an extremely long time for it to arrive. Upon opening the package the color quality was poor. I sent photos to support and got a response that this is a very unusual issue as they have very high quality inspections post production. They sent a replacement. Waited an extended time for the replacement to arrive. When I opened the new case, it also had bleed-through of the black undercoat, but with the second case it is all along the back edge onto the top of the case. All that is disappointing. BUT .... the HORRIBLE news is the bottom of the case bled through onto the white leather seating in my car and will not come off. I placed my notebook in the passenger seat while I left the car a few minutes to deliver supplies to my staff who were at a job site. I left the car running. It was a beautiful 72ºF day. When I came back and picked up the case I was horrified to see the black stains on the leather. Nothing has removed the stain thus far, so I'm beyond angry.
I had cases from ChicGeeks for years without this problem. Unfortunately, they are out of business.
I regret purchasing from UniqFind.
Terrible products.

Absolutely love my case (this is my second time buying it - I purchased a bigger computer and rebought the same case because I loved it so much). So sturdy, amazing quality, and so cute! I get so many compliments!

Great quality of the case, but just a heads-up — if you use hand cream, even a little residue will leave visible fingerprints on the matte surface, and they’re hard to wipe off. If you moisturize often, you might want to consider a different material.

Great design and quality, but proper installation can be tricky!

I received the black marble MacBook skin + clear case. The design of the skin is lifelike. It practically blended in with my black granite countertops! The installation video isn't the most informative but applying skins are fairly straightforward. It took a few tries to properly line up one side and have the rest applied uniformly. It might have been user error, but it seemed like some of the sections are not cut exact to the device model/size (ex. the sections around the keyboard have very slight overhang even when one side is perfectly lined up). But, it's hard to notice with regular use and if you have the clear case on it as well.

Overall, it's a great product and elevates the look of your device, just don't rush the installation process.

I received a skin for my iPhone and it’s been a month or 2 & I love it. My cracks are hidden the clear case is still clear not the weird yellow tint you usually get. I’m looking into getting one for my iPad!

I received the MacBook and iPhone skins in Sage and let me just say the colour was perfect! I was worried about the application of the product as it seemed daunting.
