My husband and I bought puffajackets from them on same day. He has worn his daily, mine only a handful of times 1-2hrs. The padding has separated into cotton balls making the jacket basically 2 layers... See more

First and last order!.
First and last order!.
Return items a month ago, still no sign of a refund, sends you round in circles on the chat, absolute waste of time even trying.. I will continue to chase my money, absolute daylight robbery.. if only I’d read the reviews first, how do they get away with this !
Item not received and returned to retailer
I ordered a Cashmere Jumper which was not delivered as the the delivery company in post had a problem with access! The item has now been returned to the retailer and I am to have a refund. I wanted the item and find the reason inexcusable. Why wasn't this explained to me? And offered another delivery option. Disgraceful service
Delivery service (Inpost)
Paid for a delivery by 'Inpost', it arrived but because I didn't pick it up within a few days, I was away, it was sent back. Spent days trying to track my parcel and when I finally got customer service they said they would get back to me. E-mail now received and full refund expected...but still waiting. Won't be buying from them online again.
Disappointing Experience
Delivery was late, and customer service was unhelpful. Returning items was a hassle, and getting a refund took way too long.
Failed to deliver my order on time
Failed to deliver my order on time. This was a birthday gift. Failed to offer an apology or explanation. I have contacted Uniqlo several times without any response. If you are looking to order for Christmas then think again. Based on my experience you will not receive your goods or a refund. Shocking!
Returns are a joke
Returns are a joke! Based in Ireland and you have to pay for your own shipping. I had 2 pairs of jeans from two different orders that I wanted to return. Got onto customer service and they had to be done separately meaning I have to pay for shipping twice. Went to the post office and it cost me 18 euro per item so 36 euro to return two pairs of jeans. This was tracked shipping , it would have been 13 per item otherwise but I didn't want it to get lost and get nothing back so felt I had to pay for tracked postage. If they offered a label and to deduct on your refund it would be a lot easier and wouldn't cost the consumer this much
I wish I'd read these reviews before…
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering online.
I ordered 3 items and sadly none of them were right so I returned them, I have proof of postage and proof of receipt at the Uniqlo side. They have not refunded me yet because they have lost them at their warehouse. It has now been almost a month of back and forth with them about getting my £95 back. I paid with Klarna so I'm going to look into my options as now they have basically stolen from me.
Shopping in store has always been great and I love their clothes, but this online experience is shocking and criminal!
Terrible customer service experience
I’ve had a terrible customer service experience with Uniqlo regarding a missing puffer coat (I ordered 3 items online and only 2 smaller items arrived). Despite me providing photo evidence of the package which was clearly not big enough, nearly 2 weeks of correspondence Uniqlo refused to refund or replace the missing item, refused to provide any evidence for their claims, they even told me to go to citizens advice! In the end it was swiftly resolved by my bank, but the customer experience was so poor I question ever purchasing from Uniqlo again. Zero regard for their customers and experience.
Didn’t receive my order
I placed my order online and I didn’t receive the items or a reply to my messages
The fabric quality is degrading
The fabric quality is degrading. After wearing clothes 1 month it bubbles and looks old and cheap. Uniqlo keeps saying sustainability but Uniqlo wastes buyers money as clothing doesn’t last long due to poor fabric quality. I have impression it is using unhealthy fabrics and doesn’t care about its buyers.
The website with sales page is awful. Items which are no longer in stock are still being shown. But when clicked nothing there. After clicking on item images it takes me to the page of item description but when I click back it doesn’t take me where I was it takes me back to the top of items and I nee to scroll down to reach the item I last saw. It puts me down from looking for items description as if I click back I have to start from top again. Terrible website navigation. Staff is rude in your flag store Oxford Circus. Manager Charlie is very unprofessional, doesn’t know what is customer care, lacks of problem solving skills.
Return will cost you £2.95.
As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed with my recent online experience. I consistently wear a Size L in Uniqlo tops, but the latest T-shirt I purchased was significantly tight and the shape felt unusual, forcing me to process a return.
The fundamental problem is the return policy: Uniqlo deducts a non-negotiable £2.95 return fee from the total refund price. This policy is particularly unfair and frustrating when the return is necessitated by a flaw or inconsistency in your own product sizing, not a change of mind.
Essentially, I was penalized £2.95 for having to return an item that did not match your brand’s usual fit. This fee structure is bad business and makes me hesitant to purchase online again. Review your policy, it punishes the customer for quality control issues.
Glasgow store
Glasgow store - went in with a top to return, not worn at all not even to try on, with receipt - no refund or exchange allowed because their tag wasn’t on it. Manager was “jobs worth” cheekily pointing out small print on back of receipt and refusing to help. Won’t be back - AVOID.
Horrible experience for returns in…
Horrible experience for returns in Ireland. They gave me a label which looked like a return label, told me to attach it to front of parcel and drop it off at the post office. Post office lady yelled at me and said it wasn't for them as the barcode wouldn't scan. Another person in there told me it might be Fastway which have since shut down. I contacted Uniqlo customer services and after about an hour they told me my currior was UPS, great I paid for collection from my home. Lady arrives and rings me and says this isn't a UPS parcel. I'm left feeling red faced yet again. I contact Uniqlo customer service and they finally reveal their secret tactic- what they gave me is basically what's supposed to be inside the package and I'm supposed to create my own shipping label and return the item and pay for it myself. Now I don't mind paying for it myself but at least give me a shipping label? I've sacked it off now keep your 40 euro for an item that is actually a size small. This store used to be a secret gem now the quality of the clothes has deteriorated and their customer service is non existent
Most annoying website/for returns Functionality Z e r o
This is about their website. Must be the worst for online shopping. Trying to get into my account to return an item. (Doen't look and fit anything like on the online shop) It's Impossible to log in. Changed my password, still can't log in. I've wasted now more than an hour. Apart from that, ridiculous for customers from Austria. Have to return to Germany at very high shipping cost. EUR 12+.
Wrong Item recieved
I ordered a black Ultra Light Down Jacket black xl
But recieved a green Coat for women in XXL.
I went to the store i cph, but they would not exchange it, I should contact the compagny online.
Disappointed by Uniqlo’s Return Policy and In-Store Service
I shopped online on 16/10 for a 100% cashmere V-neck jumper priced at £84.90 (originally £109.90). Later, I noticed it was further reduced to £69.90, so I ordered another one. On 31st Oct, I then went to the Liverpool store to return the first jumper, but was told they only accept exchanges, not refunds. The staff suggested I could return it online, but I would have to pay for the postage.
Firstly, I was shocked to learn that Uniqlo requires customers to pay for return postage; I was surprised by this policy, as complimentary returns are a common practice among UK retailers. Furthermore, the inability to return online purchases to physical stores is an impractical policy. Secondly, the staff in the Liverpool branch were unprofessional. She asked for the reason for my return right after I had already explained it, showing she wasn’t paying attention. She also claimed that items reduced further in price were made with different materials and inferior quality, which sounded unreasonable. When I asked her to explain the difference in detail, she couldn’t give me a clear answer.
I used to enjoy shopping at Uniqlo, but this experience has really put me off. The return policy is disappointing, and the in-store service was far from helpful. I’ve already shared my experience with friends who also shop at Uniqlo, and I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing from them again.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!
Parcel arrived with a neat slit across it. I went on to chat, never having been in this situation before but was assured I would receive a link to resolve- nothing for 4 days so I went on chat again to be told 'the parcel was delivered in tact and fine' to say I'm offended and really concerned with the response would be an understatement. I've asked for an escalation- there is no way I am accepting to just forget this, its crazy Uniqlo would expect a customer to. Being told I'm wrong is deeply offensive. Look at other images DPD must have, don't tell your customers they're wrong from one image taken of the correct side. Believe me I would not waste a single second on this if I did not have to. I have opened an issue with resolver too. I will not let this go, deeply disappointing
I fell in love with Uniqlo many years…
I fell in love with Uniqlo many years ago in Korea, it had well defined sections and a great selection of graphic clothing.
I don’t know why it’s changed but the website is horrific, I lose interest after navigating their horrid menus system as they failed to add an index because I’m guessing some web designer thinks he killed it was a slide show of random products that you will take you to a product branch only containing that type of clothing so you then need to back track and pray the item you want is somewhere between the 6 jumpers in the slide show.
The (Uk) store experience has gotten worse. They have adopted this weird unisex but not completely approach where they are trying to cross sell everything so it give this very generic look to everything while having woman raid the men’s sections because they want alleged better quality items as clothes are so similar
so why not just make split defined sections and clothes.
AWFUL Experience Online shopping
Terrible experience with online shopping with Uniqlo - AVOID. Purchased items online, it took over a MONTH to arrive in store for click and collect. During that time I'd contacted customer services to cancel the order and give me a refund. Though this was "actioned" i still haven't received the refund and the order continued to go through. I've been on continuous hold trying to get through to their customer services and cannot get through to someone via the online chat. Who has time for that!??
There products are really bad quality
There products are really bad quality. I bought a jacket for my daughter and within two weeks it started bobbling everywhere on the jacket. I went back to the store they weren’t helpful at all they were rude they told that it was my fault. I know that jackets get bobbling but not within two weeks I could understand if it was after five months. There products are expensive but bad quality I would not recommend anyone purchasing at Uniqlo. If I could I would give zero rating. Would never buy anything from this store.
