Very good service
The Shop staff were very good and very helpful. Anne came to measure up on the time she arranged with us.
Mark our carpet fitter rang first on every occasion and always turned up on time. He was polite , advised us on what he thought was the best way of finishing the door threshold strips. Mark fitted the carpets quickly and was very professional, he also put all our old carpets in bags. Cannot ask for any better a service. Thank you.

Poor Carpet Fitter
The sales lady was extremely helpful. Anna , I think her name was. She was very patient and polite .
Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Carpet fitter they sent
He was obnoxious and came across as very intimidating. His work was extremely shoddy.
He left strips of carpet strewn across the room and left all the trade waste in a torn bag in the middle of the lounge instead of taking it with him.
If he is an employee he needs retraining and if he is an independent contractor, you may want to think twice before using him again

Carpet and laminate flooring
Carpet is fitted very nice, could have put better underlay not very soft considering the cost I had to pay seems very thin and after viewing the left over material for the underlay it was not thick but very thin 🙁.. The laminate flooring is very nice and fitted very well but not in some spots it’s very bouncy as if it has no underlay when walking on it, it bows right down with slight click noises but can only see over time how that plays out. £1520 for the hole 3 bed house. The guys was great who fitted it all 👍

The whole experience
The whole experience, was a pleasure, your member of staff in the shop was very attentive and helpful, but I feel the need to pay the fitter needs to be emphasised a little more! As I thought I’d paid in full! And didn’t realise I still had to pay for free fitting although called something else

Excellent service
I was so pleased with service of United carpet. They were so patient and helpful with me when choosing the carpet and the price was reasonable. It also came before Christmas which was a bonus. Mark the carpet fitter was awesome. His workmanship is excellent and his enthusiasm and customer service is top notch . I would highly recommend him and UC to all.
