Good shop service/Fitting Contractor
Good shop service, but the fitting was disappointing ,fitted well ,but there was a sea of carpet fibres and rubbish across every carpeted floor which was disappointing when you just spent £3000.00pound £500.which was for the fitting.I am a Electrical contractor for 40years no other trade get to leave a job in such a state.Disappointed customer 😟

Great experience
Probably one of the best experiences we have had for a long time, the whole process was great, the staff were excellent, including the fitters who were cheerful and helpful, we needed the bottom of our doors trimmed, so Mark and Sue (Independent business but used by United Carpets) came along the next day and trimmed 4 doors for us, lovely people. Great experience, would reccommend United Carpets without a second thought. Great !.

VERY GOOD SERVICE
Very impressed with the service from United Carpets last December and the fact I was able to choose from carpet samples which was brought to my home made it an even better experience, the carpet fitters were very professional as well and fitted the carpet in no time and Mark the Carpenter who came to shave the doors was exceptional which was also organised by United Carpets.

Superb fitting and customer service Sutton Coldfield
We ordered both carpets and lino from the Sutton Coldfield branch, Anthony and Nabeela (apologies if I've got the name wrong name) both were absolutely superb in their customer service. Anthony measured up at various points of our build. They both kept in regular touch on delivery and fitting timescales. Mark the Carpenter was excellent in trimming doors and Pete was brilliant in his carpet and lino fitting. Both were cheerful and respectful to our home and property. They were all excellent in their customer service and everyone comments upon the quality of our flooring and fittings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and Sutton Coldfield branch.
