The staff in the shop
The staff in the shop, are very helpful, th samples were very helpful.
Delivery time was very good, just a little disappointed on the day of delivery , a bit of huffing and puffing from the fitter but he eventually did an excellent job of fitting it.

Excellent service, measured up and provided a quote on same day that I had visited the shop. Fitting of the carpet followed a week later. I would definitely recommend, very pleased with the whole process and the carpet looks great.

Excellent work from United Carpets
We went to the shop to purchase a carpet and underlay. In the shop we met Callum who was very very helpful and showed us a variety of carpets and explained the difference between them which was very helpful with us choosing exactly what we wanted. Also we didn't have to wait very long for the delivery of the goods.
Then there was Neil, the carpet fitter. A great friendly guy who has done a fantastic job of laying the underlay and carpet. Neil is what we call a real people person and somebody who we would without hesitation use again for future jobs. Overall, from start to finish a fantastic job from United Carpets and Neil the fitter and would recommend to anybody else.

Stair runner
Ordered a stair runner with edging, most other shops send these carpets off for weeks to be made. Neil the fitter did it all manually over the weekend. They fitted me in the weekend before Xmas as I was going away & Neil professionally came to fit it and it looks amazing.

Neil came to fit my whole house, downstairs in vinyl and the stairs, landing and bedrooms with underlay and carpets. Considering he did the job by himself and had furniture to move around, he completed the job to an excellent standard, job completed over two days. Thanks

I am so happy with all my new floors
I am so happy with all my new floors! Choosing, booking and ordering was so quick and easy. All Lovely quality too. Then Neal, who laid the floors was just brilliant. He got it all down and finished by himself in 2 afternoons and did such a lovely job! Definitely would use you again If I even change my styles.

Neil came to fit a large carpet in an awkward shaped room. He and Callum wrestled the carpet into position and fitted it superbly taking time to get the details right. We will definitely be using him again. Callum’s advice in the shop was invaluable.

Neil phoned me to say he was on his way to come and fit a room not landing and stairs so he phoned office to be told he got landing on stairs to do then drive all the way from Northfield to come and still fit my carpets bless him think he need extra bonus very happy with his work would definitely recommend Neil for carpets to any one
