Loved my floor the Carpet One guys put in my house. They were very hard workers and went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfect. They didn’t leave a mess behind just a beautiful new floor. They did my whole house and I highly recommend them from the huge selection they sell to the great employees.

Working with this company was the best remodel experience I have had to date. Everything was done in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. From calling the store, arranging an estimate to completion it was perfect.

We had hardwood oak flooring that needed to be removed and new flooring added on. Also a carpet adjoining the wood needed to be cut to fit.
The workers had great personalities and their work was excellent. The finished product was beautiful and flowed into the old floor perfectly.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

Dave (owner) was very helpful assisting the wife and I to choose the right hardwood flooring for our home. New floor turned out great!

The manager came to my house to measure my room. When the installers came they informed me that the carpet was too small for the room and I would have to pick something else. When I went back to the store, the "gentleman" working there was rude and tried to limit me to their cheapest carpet. The sales girl had told me the week before that the carpet he was trying to exchange for was what they sold to landlords for rentals. Then he took me back to the remnants and forced me to choose from a tiny selection of which only two fit my room. I was not happy with the way I was treated, especially when it was THEIR mistake. I'm giving them 3 stars because the sales girl, Adrianna was wonderful.

My wife and myself are long time friends of the owners so it is natural that we would trust them with our home improvement needs. Carpet One has resurfaced floors in three of our homes, installed kitchen counter tops and window treatments. The companies attention to detail, and ability to complete jobs on tight schedules is second to none. I recommend that anyone looking to remodel their home should check out the Carpet One of Merced showroom, and talk to the staff who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of flooring, counter tops and window treatments.

Customer service from the time of selection to the installation was excellent and when I have to install new floor covering, it will be through United Floor Covering.
I always prefer to support local businesses for the best service, if at all possible, and United Floor just confirmed that choice.

Doug did a wonderful job installing our beautiful new bathroom tile. He fit it perfectly, and the transition to the hall is smooth and even. Thanks too to Chris for helping make it all work in a short time.
