I had 4 pets 3 cats and 1 parakeet and I was able to get two letters for myself with 2 pets on each letter, it cost me around $230 because it was a renewal im sure it’s probably not much more for first time but I can’t remember.

everyone was patient and kind

everyone was so patient and kind. I received my dog vest collar and certificate right away. They were very responsive to fix the spelling of my dog’s name quickly and resend the certificate.

This was a very enjoyable and easy process. I got to speak to the doctor the same day of the purchase, and I received my documentation via email the next day. The packet was received via mail about a week later and I'm very satisfied with the entire process. Thanks!

second time I renew

This has been second time I renew my services with USA (united support animals). They have once again surpassed my needs with multiple copies of my therapy dog letter and my order for service dog patches. The therapist was excellent in her services as well.

On January 23, 2026, we requested written proof from your landlord or property management confirming that the letter was denied (such as an email or formal notice). Unfortunately, we never received any documentation showing that the letter was rejected or deemed unacceptable.

Our process requires landlord verification in order to take the next steps or escalate the matter appropriately. Without proof of denial, we were unable to confirm that there was an issue with the letter or that it was not accepted.

We always make every effort to support our clients and address legitimate concerns when proper documentation is provided. We remain open to reviewing this matter if you can still supply written confirmation from the landlord.
