We’re very sorry to hear about the situation you described. After seeing your review, our team immediately reached out to your landlord to understand what happened and ensure there was no issue with your documents.

Your landlord confirmed that you were never denied because of your ESA letter, and the only requirement they needed from you were your pet’s updated vaccination and shot records. Once those were provided, there was no barrier to your accommodation.

We want to reassure you —
✔ Your ESA letter was authentic
✔ It was issued by a licensed mental-health professional
✔ It fully complied with Fair Housing guidelines

We understand how stressful housing issues can be, and we’re always here to help clarify or communicate directly with landlords when needed.

Not what we ordered. Was met with attitude when trying to solve problem.

My mother and I both ordered ESA supplies for our dogs to travel and instead we got animal support supplies. Everything on the things we ordered says support animal, and we can’t use them. So I basically paid over $200 for products I can’t use and when my mother tried calling to correct this problem they gave her attitude and said that she had to pay again for what she wanted.

I’m really sorry for the experience you and your mother have had – that’s not the level of service we want for any customer.

Our ESA and support animal products should always match what was ordered, and you should never feel like you “paid for something you can’t use.” The way your concern was handled over the phone is also not acceptable, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team.

We’d like to fix this for you right away.

Please reach out to us with your full name and order number so we can look up your account, review what was sent, and make this right:

Unprofessional therapist and late delivery of ESA letter

The contracted therapist was impatient and irritable in his emails, & got offended when I addressed him in writing as Mr. rather than Dr. despite not clearly indicating his title in his email signatures. The ESA letter was only received several weeks later when I reached out asking for it, at which point they finally sent it, but claimed it had been previously sent on the day of the eval, even though I received no such email on the day they claimed to have sent it.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing this, and I’m truly sorry for the experience you had. That’s not the level of professionalism or communication we expect from any contracted therapist. I apologize for any confusion about the therapist’s title and for the tone you felt in those messages. We will address this directly with that provider.

Regarding the delay with your ESA letter, I apologize for the frustration. The therapist noted it was sent on the day of the evaluation, but it’s clear you never received it. Sometimes emails land in spam or fail to send properly, but that’s still on us to ensure you get your documents promptly.

I’m glad you now have the letter, and I want you to know we are here to help with anything else you need. If you ever have concerns, questions, or need a new provider going forward, please let me know and I’ll take care of it right away.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
