I had a really good experience with Universal Nails. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted and the salon was clean and well-organized. The service was fast but still very detailed. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy with my nails Kimi did a great job, she was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend definitely going there if you want strong, pretty nails with detail.

Awful, don’t bother going in to the store they just rush you in and out without care, walk past go anywhere else than Universal Nails. Last 3 times I’ve been there they have been rude & not listened to my request which was not difficult because I didn’t want any polish. I noticed how rude they are talking about their customers walking in. Awful! Never again!

I went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure in Tussen Meer Salon, and the staff were unbelievably rude. Instead of having a relaxing hour, the experience turned into a nightmare. They tried to cut my nails with dirty scissors, with nail remnants from another client and even some blood. I was absolutely shocked.

When I spoke up, the staff member slammed the tool down and used a different one without saying a word. Later, I politely asked for my nails to be trimmed shorter, and his response was a loud, firm “NO.”

I am still truly shocked by how I was treated.

Avoid Universal nails. I went there and had the worst manicure. They’re rude, unprofessional and had dirty tools.

Universal nails recently changed owner because of bad reviews received. They put new rules in their system: you pay cash, you pay per time not per treatment, they only do shellack. I made a reservation as I usually do, paid the downpayment to find out that I could not get the treatment I needed, the team does not have any respect for their clients, they think you cannot speak Dutch and start to insult you in a conversation between each other. There is no attention to client and no service. And the pedicure I received was below average. I rarely do an effort to write a review, but this was just such an awful experience I do not wish it to anyone.
