Sent wrong bag size for extractor…

Sent wrong bag size for extractor system 30x48 ordered, received 31x48 bags (order delivery note had been altered to 31x48 not fit for purpose.
Emailed had a call back saying because I was joinery company they thought I had ordered wrong size.so changed to 31 !!
Asked for return slip and postage twice by email no reply. Spoke to Nick on the phone who was apologetic, said he would send samples of an alternative bag received these which are too thin and not suitable.
After sales is shocking.
Payed through PayPal I am now opening a case.

Don't Communicate with you resolve situations; This company really cannot communicate…

This company really cannot communicate in any shape or form I agree with the previous comment no one calls you back when you have a problem especially when they sent the wrong product that we ordered from them, especially when they have your money our whole experience was a nightmare and in the end I had to threaten a court letter to get them to pay us back. We even arranged a return for the wrong goods sent to help them because they said they didn't have a returns company yet they send DPD with their goods. We have many companies deliver all the time and fully understand the supply and return system so their excuse was futile at the least. The main thing they suffer with is an understanding of their customers and the excuses originally about having to discuss this with someone else or Nick is not in, then we have to call many times to move forward with the problem this really is a reflection of their overall performance which is very poor. We have supplied customers for over 30 years and worked with suppliers over the same time so it pains me to criticize another company but this system is set up to give a true reflection on that company and let others know the pitfalls of dealing with them, I hope they can start to listen to customers and take on board their faults otherwise this will continue with anyone who deals with them.
