UWD created my website, and I was seriously impressed. They efficiently delivered exactly what I requested. We had in-person meetings to align on our company's vision, and their professionalism and understanding were topnotch. Collaborating with them was a pleasure; I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I was really impressed with Universal Web Design (UWD) after they handled my business's marketing. They're super professional, always quick to respond, and actually deliver on their promises. Danny is great to chat with, gets what you need as a client, and goes above and beyond to help out.

Universal web design is great place to work. The IT equipments are advanced and working space is really modern. Staff is super friendly and Working with Danny Neville was great learning curve. Management is flexible and understanding plus I really enjoyed their work ethics as well.

Money laundering on an industrial level, has extensive ties with many high profile scammers across Colchester and beyond.

Drug fueled holidays to Las Vegas and more, the police in the UK are utterly useless, hence why he gets away with all this. Should be behind bars along with his scamming buddy Lee West of Colchester.

This runs very deep and I know the darker side of all this, hush money... Burning down of an old scamming company in Marks Tay, firearm's and more.

choose someone else. maybe your nan, anyone will do a better job. unless you want to pay £300 a month for a 50% drop in trade

I have been harassed for over two years! Because he couldn’t delete my review of his services. He childishly left a review on my business page. They try to bully you

The boss is a con man who can't seem to hold any staff down. He employs them on an Apprenticeship pay rate, with no previous knowledge. Of course this is ok to do with one or two but not when its the whole staff which are then sold to customers as experienced employees in what they do.

What a brilliant investment it was to outsource to these guys!!! Great team

My experience with UWD was unfortunately very disappointing. After a very promising 1st phone call I decided to go with the team to manage my social media, supporting a local company etc. It very quickly went down hill, I received very poor advice with regards to ad's and very quickly saw £1000 disappear in Facebook AD fees with very little to no ROI. I decided that at the end of month 1 I no longer wished to use UWD and gave them a months notice to terminate paying them 2 months fee's for 1 months work. Despite my initial phone call where I made a point of enquiring whether there was a minimum contract period and being told NO i missed in the order they sent over that they had included a 12 month contract term (I fully accept this part is on me). I have since been continuously pursued for invoice after invoice for months of services that they have not provided. At no point during the past 6 months has anybody from UWD contacted me to see what can be done to help me or make the relationship right and try to build a working partnership for the fee's that were being demanded. Emails to UWD have taken over 28 days to get a response which in its self is ridiculous. Eventually I got to speaking with the MD of UWD who offered me a settlement that if I paid for 6 months they would consider the account settled. I find myself between a hard place and a rock as I missed they had included a 12 month term into the order after verbally telling me there wasn't one, so legally I have had to allow myself to be ripped off or face a debt recovery agency being appointed and I know in court I lose. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid UWD for any of your requirements, advice is poor, slow coming back and expensive to follow. DO NOT do anything with them unless its written down as they recant on verbal conversations. My apologies to the individuals within UWD who I have not had dealing with or are powerless to have resolved this in a better way but unfortunately your MD stepped in and had every chance to do the right thing and chose not to.

Terrible experience!

We have been with this company almost a year now, and what they have been promised nothing was done!
The customer service is very poor, the SEO skills not enough as we could see from the results on google. The team have changed and the SEO guys haven’t been in touch with us for a few months, no feedback, no reports. We have done with this company many months ago, but they still sending the invoices to pay. Not professional. Poor service. Would not recommend this company.

Such a great company to work with, communication and efficiency was brilliant. I hope to work with them again in the future!

I went for the full package of website design and social media marketing at considerable cost.
The project did not generate a single lead despite an extended marketing campaign. I was never given the insight and analysis that would allow me make the necessary changes and create an effective campaign.
To top it all off the Company have been quite heavy handed in their pursuit of the complete value of the contract.
I have had to dissolve the company and had to go through a protracted process to terminate the web services. The response has been to threaten debt collections to collect the 3% outstanding on the contract.
A completely regrettable experience. There are far better service providers that would actually provide a value for money offering.

This company is a scam. They are well known in the industry as con artists. The CEO if you can call him that has worked in the digital industry for a whole 5 minutes and thinks he knows everything better than people who have worked in it for decades. They make employees sign an NDA, that’s the first red flag, if your company is legitimate then why would you need to do this? The ‘positive’ reviews on platforms such as Google, Glassdoor and Trustpilot are all written by his content writers and not genuine clients. He even pays people from other countries to write glowing reviews using fake accounts. They con hard working clients out of thousands of pounds and then threaten them with legal action when they try to leave. They employ apprentices fresh out of college as they are very cheap (and who have no experience of how real companies are run) under the guise of ‘training’ them in the digital marketing industry. However the only thing they receive is threats, intimidation and bullying on a daily basis by the CEO and his girlfriend. So for anyone out there who is looking for a digital marketing company to work with avoid this one like the plague. Keep your money safe and use someone else.
