In contrast to the very high scores and compliments given by almost all of our other many clients, Esther, we note the low score and allegation of underperformance that you have given us. You in fact make only one complaint: That you could not open for the company a bank account with Anna Money. You correctly used our Non-Resident Package, since the company has a director living overseas, and that package specifically offered you a banking option for this situation, i.e. WISE, and another possible option, i.e. Airwallex. Our own head of company formations also advised you that these were the only two options. We cannot be criticised for your own failure to follow our advice, for which many people come to us. Furthermore, we can only introduce you to a bank or give you a referral link: No firm in our field can ever guarantee the opening of any financial account, since that decision lies solely with the financial institution itself. We do hope that all goes well with the company, however, and we will always help you however we can.
