I forgot to back up a new website which…
I forgot to back up a new website which was a big mistake because hours later I broke it. As soon as I contacted the guys at Unlimted Web Hosting it was fixed in minutes as they back up many times a day. These guys are fantastic and I could not imagine hosting anywhere else. Highly recommened A++++

Super fast Help desk response and fix
I had a corruption that was preventing some of the higher functions of our site working caused by a suspected malfunctioned plugin update that had corrupted something.
We raised a ticket, Nick in support, answered the ticket and also fixed the problem before I even had chance to stir my tea. Superb service, you can't get better than that. Five stars all the way

Top notch support!
Support is what makes or breaks a web host and I really can't complain about the support that I've received so far. Each ticket has been very quickly responded to (in 1 case in under a minute - thanks Danny!) and all their support staff have been polite and knowledgeable!
