After trying AT&T and having no luck, I looked across the internet for a good price place to unlock my phone, I sent in the infoto Unlock plus which they asked for, it was very easy, and 2 days later i got an email with an unlock code. ,I put in a Verizon sim card , turned it on it stated invalid sim ,put in lock code, I put in the numbers Unlock plus gave me, and it restarted , it works perfect now, cant say enough about them, when something works I put a review, use them it works.

Very fast and efficient. Received the code very quickly and it all worked great. I would for sure use them again.

Samsung incorrectly sold me an S10 5G locked to Vodafone in July 2019. Samsung and Vodafone could not/would not help which is utterly shameful on their part (and another story). Instead of losing more time to their collective idiocy I used Unlock Plus who resolved this within 24 hours. Great service.

I was unsure about using a paid service to unlock my phone as you should be able to do this for free. However as I needed a Master unlock code for a frozen phone and having been passed between Vodafone and Samsung neither of whom would help, I read a recommendation to use unlockplus. They were brilliant! I messaged them before placing the order and had an immediate response. Worth every penny, within 24hrs my phone was unlocked and working. I probably could have got there eventually with Vodafone but it would have taken weeks of my time. Would definitely use them again in the same situation.

Fast excellent service on a UK Samsung s20 FE.

I needed both the MCK lock code and also the regional code. It was expensive, but worked exactly as they promised.

Good product, pretty easy as described. Good information on how to do the unlock on the email. Wasn't very clear on weekends not being part of the waiting time, so I expected 12h service but Sat/sun didn't count. Great service. Will use again.
